Mary was amazing. She spent over an hour with me to try and make sure I found the right cigars for my wedding. I left very happy. It was my first time in the store, and I plan to be a life long client. Thank you again Mary!

Every Havana Castle has someone special tonight I was served by another great worker at This Havana Castle location.I have two Havana castles within a 3 km radius but I had to go to this one as I was told this is the only one that had the Apache the house brand of Havana Castle. Big selection of cigars very helpful lady.I highly recommend the Apache cigar price point it's not a bad smoke.

What an Awesome and friendly place! Jessica helped me today to find the gifts I was looking to get for a friend. What a wonderful experience shopping, as well as great products! Jessica was very knowledgeable, and helpful so she helped me to find the perfect gift for my friend! I will definitely be back to this location for my next cigar shopping trip!

Popped by the Thornhill location of Havana Castle for the first time today. Met with Jessica, a knowledgeable cigar aficionado who helped me select a number of awesome Cubans to add to my humidor. The service was amazing, the cigar selection was top notch, and the entire experience left me hungry for another visit soon. Any true cigar lover should stop by this wonderful store - an amazing experience!
