Often a lineup for registries but staff are friendly and helpful and as efficient as they can be.

I personally believe my first visit here was unsatisfactory and I still have issues about it that i would like to have settled with either a manager or the owner, however I have made a return and my second visit was much more pleasant and the lady who helped me was very polite and receptive to helping me. My wait time was also much shorter despite it appearing to be still fairly busy for the amount of staff that was present. I will be certain to make a phone call to discuss matters on a more personal level once I made the time to do so and someone has time to discuss matters with me.

The class 5 examiner lady is very rude and doesn’t well knowledgeable. First of all you guys are charging almost 5-10$ more money than other registries on everything. The examiner of class 5 license is very bad and my brother made like one mistake and that rude lady just rejected him.If someone wants to pass an exam with good and knowledgeable examiner please go to west side at chaparral, or else these guys are greedy they will keep reject you to take more money from you.GO TO WEST SIDE FOR GOOD EXAM.

Always a hood experience. Staff are great, and they do everything they can to make it easier to get registration, insurance and licenses all done.

I've had insurance though mckillops office several times through the years, but my last experience will keep me from comming back.The accociate I spoke failed to return my call by the date we had discussed, failed to inform me of crucial paperwork for obtaining my insurance history during the initial correspondence, would repeatedly answer my questions with the same answer dismissing increasingly specific requests for information and when I reached a manager she also refused to acknowledge the heart of my questions or take any form of accountability for the unsatisfactory customer service of a subordinate employee.Simply acknowledging the information I was giving and making the slightest attempt to understand the points I was attempting to make or research answers about procedure changes would have changed the whole interaction.These people do not care about you, your business, your family or attempting to maintain business.1/10 do not recommend.
