NORTH ROCK | North Rock Truck & Tire is Thunder Bay's trusted Truck & Coach facility. We are centrally located at 1145 Carrick Street, which is half a kilometre South of the Harbour Expressway. Getting my winter tires on, already on rims. Was told my lug nuts needed to be replaced. Seems reasonable, 11 years old. Told the cost was $320+ tax for just the nuts! With a 10% “discount” no less. Called the local dealership for a price on OEM lug nuts, $100+ tax. Super sketchy.To boot, the technician got dirt and grease in my interior door handle, gear shift and steering wheel.Just lost a long time customer.

Superior customer service. We had some significant rv repair work needed on our trip through Thunder Bay and the family/staff at Action Tire went above and beyond to assist us in getting back to our trip. The work was done efficiently and well, and the price was reasonable. I would recommend this service centre highly.

Went and talked to the gentleman a few months back about financing some tires and rims. They said they would look into and get me an ETA on how long for shipping but they never called back. In person customer service was great but no call back deters me from going back now.

We purchased a used boat and blew a trailer tire 45 mins outside of Thunder Bay heading home. It was Late. The guys were closing up shop but were able to do an after hours call for us. Asked if we needed anything else as well, knowing we were stranded! They came immediately and changed both tires (rims and all) efficiently and quickly for us to get back on the road! Great service and we look forward to doing more business with you in the future because of our awesome experience. Thank you!
