I have used the Upper Middle Rd E store in east Oakville (where the plant is) on several occasions, dealing with David (owner). Their turnaround time is fast and their quality control is excellent. They offer a wet (chemical free) cleaning option. Nice to deal with the owner and not an employee (who might not care as much).

This place is awesome! Family owned and they know their customers. They literally know we exactly how many garments I have in ready for pick up without even looking. They have taken my daughter for ice cream just to make her day and sponsor lots of teams in the community. I’ve never lost a single garment and they have always exceeded my expectations.

Terrible customer service. Do not expect any meaningful assistance to locate your goods if you misplace your ticket. They are good as gone. This shop operates in the dark ages and have not a care for your property.
