Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa West - Nepean, an IHG Hotel

The staff are friendly and the service is good. It's a fair deal for the price if you have a car. There's not much to walk to from here. Breakfast and coffee are marginal, at best and no fresh eggs available. There is fresh fruit, bagels and bacon/sausage available though. Also, there's a great chinese restaurant across the street.

I spoke with Christine G. at the third. party Getaroom/priceline and conferenced with the hotel manager G. Singh who was most professional, courteous and understanding. Mr. Singh immediately approved not charging for my reservation in August and I have been assured by Getaroom that Mastercard will not reflect any charge for the cancelled reservation. I appreciate the response of the hotel manager and his prompt reply to my phone call. As indicated my family has stayed at Holiday Inns for the past 35 years and after this resolution we will continue to do so. We have enjoyed our stay at West Nepean previously and look forward to repeat visits. This time I will make sure to book DIRECTLY through the hotel to avert confusion. Thank you for your concern.

We had a great stay. Room was very clean, quite large and comfortable. Loved the dove products in the bathroom.Staff was super friendly, breakfast was good with lots of options, nice pool.We had a great stay. My 7 year old loved it so much he left them a note and gave them 5 stars, lol.
