Dishonesty and incompetence at its finest.Purchased a vehicle here only to find out an out of province inspection was never completed despite them having the vehicle for 8 months.Paperwork provided to us indicated it was registered in AB.Negotiation was near impossible, although Trista was so knowledgeable and knew the vehicle inside out. She was kind and helpful.Casey, the sales manager didn’t even care to acknowledge my presence or offer an in person apology. Very unfortunate.Would most definitely not recommend to anyone I know.

I love the service at VW Med Hat! My car recently needed a repair, and the people here made it so easy! They even took care of my third party warranty, all I had to do was drop off and pick up my car. No hassles whatsoever. Will most certainly be coming back! :)

I came here because I was feeling VERY pressured from a different car place, and my friend that works here in parts and services (Kirsten) helped me get in touch with BJ who was the financial advisor there. He helped me so much get out of that other car place and told me exactly what to say, when to say it, he really went above and beyond for me. Which I so appreciated. Then, he got me in touch with Andre (an amazing salesman) and Andre showed me the ins and outs of the pretty sweet Volkswagens (I never would have bought a Volkswagen if it wasn’t for my unique situation because I had NO idea how awesome these cars are!) My financial situation is a weird one right now, and it took them a couple weeks (I was in no rush) but they finally got me into a car I love. Also, a shoutout to the new financial advisor Lonnie for taking over the bank process from BJ. (He’s now back to being a salesman there)!! So THANK YOU to everyone here! Amazing/exceptional customer service and I will be recommending EVERYONE to come here! Just had my 2015 GTI serviced there. We did have a bit of a mix up, but it was looked after very quickly! Great friendly staff.

I have been a service client of Volkswagen for the past 5 years. Throughout that time, I have found their support to be outstanding. There dealerships always seem to find a way to 'make it happen' through any servicing challenges and address my needs.But this dealership disappointing me alot i am travelling from Toronto to BC suddenly my engine light cames on my dashboard and going off. This is the only dealership in 400 kms. who can see wats going on. But they refuse to help because receptionist said they were busy and technicians don’t have time. But i told them that can connect the device with my engine and just let me know is am safe to drive or not it will only take 10 minutes to see. But she said sorry we can’t do that. That was terrible experience i had with this dealership.
