Northland Nissan

I recently went to Northland to look into trading up from the Nissan Kicks I bought previously from them, as usual everyone was super helpful and I was given a Frontier to use for the afternoon to see if it was a fit for me. It was the perfect vehicle so a deal was done and I picked up the truck the following week, within a couple hours I had some electrical glitches and when I contacted Sukh, my salesman, he sorted out a loaner vehicle and took my truck to be looked at, a potentially disappointing situation was handled with speed and care and I was back on the road. The service I have received at Northland has always been above and beyond my expectations, they have a customer for life as far as I am concerned, Dom the sales manager really cares about customer service and not just making money!

Just bought a new to me vehicle from these guys! Everyone at the dealership was super knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, patient. They answered all of my many questions, set me up with all the add ones I was interested in, and had everything completed so quick that we got it all done the same day (which was super appreciated since I’m not from PG). Brendan was a cheerful driver and it is such a convenience to have a shuttle service. Explanation of all service and estimated cost. Timely completion of service. Both service representatives were more than happy to explain the services and took their time to be friendly and courteous

Warranty work and no local Nissan dealership. We were without our vehicle for 8 weeks because Nissan wanted to save 2 hours of shop time and local shops wouldn’t do the job for 3 hours time because the Mitchel Mech guide recommended 5 hours. The service manager at Northland also took a long time to make arrangements finally finding the local Honda dealer willing to trade while our vehicle sat at our regular mechanic the entire time who told me they would do the job happily for the recommended 5 hours shop time.When I expressed my frustration at the 5 week point the service manager was unapologetic and sounded like he didn’t care.I’ve been a Nissan-only owner for 20 years and will never buy Nissan again.

The staff at Northland Nissan are amazing! I bought my very first dealer car here and I can’t thank these guys enough. Jamie, Dom, and Jacob were so friendly - and not to mention one of the guys bought mine and my parents lunch from Brown’s Socialhouse. Northland Nissan is a great business to take care of you and your vehicle needs. They know their products well and make great recommendations for any types of questions you have. They are always willing to pick you up and drop you off. Their staff are professional and very courteous.

I have been here to finance a Nissan Rouge 2023 Midnight Edition. To be honest, the staff are great and they try to be so helpful to give you the best options. I did not finance the car from these guy and the only reason was because I found another brand with lower price. Else these guys were our top priority. I totally recommend reaching out to these guys as they are very kind and helpful.

I’ve gone to this shop for almost 15 years and always found staff to be friendly, flexible, helpful and they are never rude, even when under pressure. They keep me informed on how to keep my warranty healthy, inform me about optimal maintenance but don’t push me to take on maintenance costs that aren’t immediately necessary. Very knowledgeable about their Nissan lines as well as other car brands that I manage through my workplace (which I prefer to take to Northland Nissan even though they are a different brand).
