I found Alta auto sales on marketplace while looking for a used Honda CRV, Ahmed had a 2015 CRV at a good price and made an appointment to see it. My experience was, he was very knowledgeable about his Vehicle, he was well prepared with the Carfax, , vehicle history, and the previous service history. I was never felt pressured or rushed, we were able to agree on a deal. If you’re looking for a specific used vehicle and Ahmed has one on his lot, you will definitely not be disappointed. I found him to be honest and trustworthy.

Purchased a 2012 VW Tiguan form Ahmed on August 9/22. We purchased a car from Alta Motors.To Ahmed’s credit, he was nice during the sale of goods. These qualities should come regardless but we want to acknowledge our initial appreciation.Shortly after the car was purchased, there was some immediate need for repair. We approached Ahmed and he ultimately agreed to have the issues repaired. While we appreciated the solution, we realized after some external consultation that the parts that had malfunctioned don’t normally just break down. The parts are generally monitored during routine maintenance and certification of any vehicle. We honestly looked past these issues as we wanted to believe it was an honest mistake or oversight. What really disgusted our family was that we could have been killed or risked being hurt really badly.Moving forward, the car today is rendered useless and is completely not drivable. It is riddled with major issues and problems. It has been an unfortunate loss for our family especially since we wanted to transport our baby in this car.Furthermore, we ended up escalating our issues with the manufacturer’s head office and we learnt some more shocking concerns. It turns out the car’s engine and/or transmission components were modified and tampered with.I urge my fellow community members to be careful and double check everything. Protect your family and money. Please do not be fooled by 5 star reviews that can be purchased for the price of a coffee.
