Bought 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and one of them was burnt. Took it back and asked for a remake. Manager simply said the oil was old and even the next sandwiche will be same. No apologies or anything. Didn’t even wanted to make a new one. Finally he made one and made an effort to find me a burnt one again. You see the picture below

Don’t reside on the Mountain, on this day we passed the McDonalds at Upper Gage. Tried this McDonald out today (07/05/2023) @9:00 P.M. went through the drive-thru, was extremely busy in both drive-thru lanes. Waited patiently, placed a SIMPLE order of 10 Chicken McNuggets (didn’t have the dipping sauce we wanted) and 1 Medium chocolate milkshake and 1 extra large coffee. Pulled up to window and had everything (including a small fries) not ordered? Employee at window said the fries are cheaper?Tried to eat in car soon as we got our order. Nuggets were stone cold and hard. Milkshake and coffee were good. Wife went into the restaurant and an obliging Manager gave us a refund for the food. Maybe hire some responsible youth (that actually care about their jobs). Dundas franchise is the same (we boycott that place at all costs). Boils down to incompetence and training, don’t think we’ll be returning to a McDonalds anytime soon.

I went to this location tonight around 12:01am. ordered from self kiosk. One of employee’s friends ordered around same time as me. They were joking around, shouting. The employee was also eating with her bare hand around pickup area. As soon as she served them, she asked us to leave and order again from drive through. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional.

This place is the worst place to go. Staff is so unwilling to help you and is always ready to yell at you all the time besides the fact who is at fault. Thanks for your wonderful service guys.

Good breakfast in the morning. Any breakfast sandwich the English muffin is toasted perfectly, not burnt like other locations. Coffee's nice and employees are great too.

This place has become the worst! Look at my so called mc Double ". It looks worse then my dogs food !!!! This will make people sick! The credits aren't enough. There needs to be a look into what's going on in this kitchen. I already have to try my drink after multiple times getting water

Usually friendly service for a busy location across from Limeridge mall, but the food quality and preparation is lacking. It's most likely that the amount of customers causes rushed orders that aren't made to standard expectations. Interestingly, this is one of the few McDonald's that regularly have crispy chicken snack wraps available, as many are always out or just don't carry them.Chicken Big Mac: 3 / 10Didn't enjoy this one and it was made really poorly. The chicken is strange. It doesn't taste as good as the meat on the McChicken, Junior Chicken, or snack wrap. It's like a big flat and dry nugget, without the crisp texture. The mac sauce makes me just want a regular sandwich with beef. This was also very sloppily made, lacked sauce, and the meat was overcooked and chewy. Avoid.

The restaurant itself was clean enough, but the bathroom .. someone had left a HUGE DISGUSTING mess in the only stall. I informed a staff member, who then had some unfortunate person have to clean it. Also, we ordered strawberry milkshakes, and, after more than ten minutes' waiting, were finally told the strawberry wasn't available. We chose chocolate, which was fine, but why did it take so long to tell us?
