I received my truck 3 hours late. They did not prepare the truck for after hours pickup. A huge reservation line up outside the building and on the street made for a long wait and dangerous situation. No one was accountable for the mishap. Overall worst Uhaul location I have ever visited.

Worst UHAUL experience I’ve had at the CREMAZIE ouest location.The uhaul smelled terrible inside.The rubber matting in the rear was all torn apart.There were chocolate stains on the seats that dirtied my pants.The van had low engine oil so I had to go out of my way to refill the engine oil and pay for oil.They clearly don’t care about their fleet nor their clients!

It's impossible to make a reservation with the corporation account, because we don't have the credit card on hands. Then we try make a personnal reservation and give them the numbers and now they don't accept this methode. Why you are making our renting so difficult.

Amazing fast service, rented a 20 ft truck, moved from St. Jean sur richelieu to Park X in Montreal for under 200 dollars, they truly do care about there costumers.

Made reservations online (confirmed) only to discover that the truck I had reserved was not available. The staff made a larger one available at no extra cost (if you don't count the extra fuel these monsters burn) but I had to wait at least 45 minutes to get served and before the truck was ready. I guess you get what you pay for.

Pick up and drop was smooth. I got the truck I'd book, was clean and has enough gas. Staff was courteous. Good experience overall

It's not about the location but rather Uhaul itself. They changed my location to somewhere rather far from where I had originally rented the truck and the day before my rental! Tried calling and after waiting 1h30 got told they could only give me a 10$ credit when actually with all the extra mileage I had to do to get there and then take the truck to the place I wanted, it ended up costing way more than 10$ extra. When I said I might need more time considering how far it was they told me it would be 200$ every hour.

Worst customer service ever!!!The manager is so rude careless arrogant and inhumane.They rented me a van with mechanical issues, the van would shake drastically when I press the break pedal while on the highway at regular speed limit. I had to drive really slow to make safe to destination.When I’d try to change lanes on the freeway, the tires would swift as if they had alignment issues. I was so scared in the middle of nowhere driving with my sister. I called roadside assistance they said they would come replace the car, then few minutes after they told me the person who was supposed to come could not make it. They told me to return it the next day at a repair store in the town i was , two hours from home.I’ve planned a same day round trip. Not only I was not able to return home the same day, i missed work and had to pay out of pocket my fare to return to the uhaul location I’ve initially rented the car from to pick up my own car.I explained the situation to the manager , he couldn’t care less. Not only he did not ask for my information to check the reservation. He told me i was not supposed to leave the car at Sherbrooke after I explained to him how unsafe I felt while driving the car.It’s not the first time I’m renting a van, I’ve been driving for over 8 years and I can tell when tires or break are defective.He asked me what I wanted him to do in a Very arrogant ton, he did not apologize, he did not ask whether i was okay. He just cared about the fact that I did not return the van to the same place. Like ‘i can die but the van should be there regardless’He was unprofessional, without compassion, careless, and very rude with a very bad attitude. This is definitely not the experience I was expecting from uhaul which I’ve been using for years in the US and now in Canada.I left the shop and called customer service to report the issue. Two hours after , an agent from the uhaul location called me asking when I would bring the van , I was surprised by this degree of unprofessionalism and then realized that they did never bother asking for my info when I got there.I will report this to the higher jurisdictions of uhaul headquarters if I have because I felt insulted and very disrespected. Maybe I’m a woman that’s why he thought he could treat me anyhow and get away with this.

Comment about headquarters: if you are going call someone to let them know that the truck they ordered and confirmed is no longer available how about you don’t yell at them because they cannot reschedule to the next day because they have work?!? U haul you need to simmer down youre not a monopoly. There are other businesses out there and without knowing any of them I can say with certainty that they are way better than you could ever be. Never again,

First there was this long line up overflowing next to a high speed road, and a long waiting time for more than 40min, even if I went way too early for my 8am pickup time, then the obscene employee who was using the F word with every word spitting out of his mouth with his other coworker, then the inaccurate and exaggerated amount of fees charged to my credit card. They started charging at first minute I showed up at the counter but they only gave me the key an hour later, and no dolly that I have reserved either. For 7km of driving distance, they charged me more than 58$ of gas, and another additional 20min extra charge after I returned the truck back, which is simply a blatant steal from my credit card. Needless to say that I don't recommend your services, and as for me that would be the first and last time using yours.
