I had my eyeliner and lip tattoo last year (Apr 2019) and I would say up until this time it looks natural. I just love how the top and bottom eye liner enhances my eyes and how the lip tattoo complements my face. These cosmetic procedures are really worth it. Save me time and money. I don't need to buy make up and wake up early just to have my make up done before I go to work.Natalie is fantastic. She is very professional. She answers inquiry any time of the day. She is super accommodating. Her studio is super clean and homey.I am up for my touch up and I am gonna be doing it soon. I would say that I am an extremely satisfied customer :)

Yes she does provide a consultation in the beginning to see what your looking for and also provides after care and instructions. Natalie is very professional, attentive and most importantly her work is sublime. Attention to detail is everything and when it comes to precision, she knocks it out the park. I had my lips tattooed but no consultation was done. She knew I hadn't been on her website. No post treatment care was discussed. I was very upset because she didn't do what we agreed on which was to follow my lipline. She went out of the line and I was very upset. She had another client comming and was trying to get me to leave and blame my lips. Had I had a consultation, I would have known that I needed to come back for a touch up. So her solution after an insane argument with her repeating herself and not listening to me and talking over me and repeating herself was to remove it. Without a refund! I did not receive an invoice after asking many times. She is refusing to fix this problem and is saying that I was rude but I was not. I do start talking louder if someone is interrupting me! This all could have been avoided had she done a consultation prior to the job. I'm asking for a refund so I can get my lips fixed elsewhere. They are not even and my natural lipline is higher than the tattoo. Not what we agreed on. Not good business ethics and I would not recommend this place because of this.So I don't know how to reply to Natalie so I am going to reply here. I did not yell at her. I talked louder than her because everytime I started talking she spoke over me. With her history of abuse, she is very hypersensitive is what has happened. I am a nurse but don't know everything! Also I did not put lipstick on any area other than where she didn't tattoo to show her my natural lipline hadn't been tattooed like we agreed. She knew she had gone outside her line on my lower lip but didn't want to acknowledge that and tried to rush me out the door so her next client didn't see. It's on her to give a consultation and had she done so then I would have known not to put lipstick near or on, touch up is included, and it can be removed if outside the line. I went on the website afterwards and saw this. No receipt yet Natalie! I do apologies if I do something wrong but I did not. Play the video! I'm not yelling at you but I am talking louder because you cut me off and repeated yourself. Word for word.

Natalie is an artist and a perfectionist which means her work to enhance your features and bring out your best look is a given. She is very talented, her studio is squeaky clean and she takes her time to ensure you get the desired effects you imagined. I was super impressed and my results are brilliant.
