I decided to chose this UPS Store and its exemplary employees (Amal and Fadi) to ship two precious musical instruments for me. Today, the instruments arrived at destination the same way they left and I am greatful for the packaging job done by Amal as well as the friendly service received throughout. Mille merci

First time ever I post a review for a shipping services. Seriously, awesome service from this UPS Store, as I was late in sending my team members (who are scattered across the country) their gift sets for Christmas!! I chose this location based on the reviews, and this decision saved me of my own mistake.The owner of this UPS Store, Farid, was there at the time. I went into the store at 17h20 a Friday, already too late and with the UPS truck about to leave. Not only he held off the UPS driver who needed to get back to the main office in time (he kept him for a good 20 min !), he even took the time to tell me that if I register to the UPS Store Canada I would get a discount ! I was not even aware; and there was no marketing at this effect, so he could have said nothing.And to add to the this already incredible service, in the rush I had assumed that all shipping would require signatures from the receiver. When I realized that it was not the case (and I needed signatures), Farid kept his composure and took the time to redo the label and adjust accordingly. Again, holding the Driver for longer.This is beyond awesome. I'm used to see people working in Shipping Companies that couldn't care at all in helping customers. This was impressive.As a last note.... you can judge the character of someone in many ways. Taking care of a customer is always welcome, and from a shipping counter, this is a great surprise. But I could also witness the mutual respect he had with the UPS Driver. He kindly asked him to wait, and kept him updated on the progress of the shipping labels/organization. When you see someone treating his customers and his peers in the same way, then I see why this UPS Store got so many great reviews.Farid, thanks for taking the time to help me, and ensure that my team members get their gifts in time for Christmas! I did not know you, but you gain a customer for life.

The best service you’ll get anywhere. I am an extremely picky customer and these guys handled my order exactly the way I asked, without any issue. Absolutely 100% satisfied and will be going back.

I spoke with a woman on the phone, I think her name was Amal. I had a particular situation being abroad and needed to have a delicate package shipped to me. The care she took was honestly one of the best customer service I received in a very long time. I can only thank her for that and say how happy she made us when the package was delivered to us.
