This is more for online. And all stores as well. So i purchased ps4 controller, where the deal seemed to good to be true. Well, it was. Check how they finessed me. See there promo on flipp, go to there website. Find the controllers only to read the fine print ps3 controller. The ps4 one is on a second page where it literally is the only item. (Hmmmmm... were they trying to hide it?!). Anyways i purchase it only to find out a minimum order of 2 was required. Which i actually wanted 3 but it doubled it to 6. Then i got fed up and was gonna punish them by buying 1 but the said minimum order was 2. Ok fine, whatever. Got them in the mail only to find out they were knock offs amd defective

I brought a helmet . But locking mechanism is not working and lady was soo rude and dont want to replace or give refunds. After long chat giving store credit. I never will go back to this store

I came to the store wanting to bike with an un-assembled bike box but it was bigger and heavier than I expected. Staff offered to give me a ride after the store closed, very friendly!

Terrible store.i don't recommend it when you are going to buy something use cash instead of credit or debit card. people from there think they are smart. I personally have bad experience buying using my credit for $20 and charge me $50.no honest personal

Although, they published on the door they close on weekdays at 6 pm, on Monday the 17th October, at 5.51 pm (just now) when I visited the store, they already closed. I knocked and then phoned up twice, the guy inside didn't bother to open the door nor was he willingto pick the phone. Is the management aware of the store being closed well before the actual closing time?It's 5:56pm I'm writing this review right infront of the store.

Really great dealing by Habib brother. So humble and down to earth gentleman. Very easy ly exchanged my product. Very reasonable prices. Even received complimentary gifts for my kids and myself. Strongly recommended this store. This is brampton location at queen st.

Bought a tablet and they said it easy latest android and it wasn't . Couldn't update it either to newer and they wouldn't give me a refund. Called head office and after talking for 4 minutes he said he couldn't stay on the phone any longer and nothing they could do. Pretty garbage company and customer service.

Was at the store promptly at 11 a m. today, September 01/2022. Previously visited just before Covid began. Brought in my Dell desktop bought from this store about 12 years ago. The techs had upgraded it from Windows XP to Windows 7 and then Windows 10. Ben was the technician on site. He was super nice & explained the difficulties of doing another upgrade. He then showed me a good offer on the MacBook Pro. I have always wanted an Apple computer. Ben patiently explained the differences. Did I say I am a senior citizen? Give Ben a call and tell him the grey-haired man sent you.
