Changed tire but the log knots went loose and they did not take responsibility afterwards. Will never go back and will never recommend if it compromises you and your family's safety .

Randy of John’s towing was amazing when he took care of my parents who ran out of gas on the side of Hwy 101 on Aug 16,2022. He came in his own vehicle to bring them gas to get them off the dangerous Hwy quicker. He then followed them into town to a Honda dealership so they could have their car checked out. After all of that he was nice to call them and leave a message later in the evening to make sure they made it back to Dartmouth ok. Thank you Randy for taking care of them!

Great service, friendly and fast. Got a tow and they fixed the issue quickly and affordably. Really appreciated them keeping us up to speed with the problem, costs and got a call when it was finished up. Highly recommend John's!!

Great place, I've had many tows and my car in their shop many times with no complaints.Subpar service lately. Gave them another chance after a muffler hiccup and I was told my motor was worn and needed to be replaced due to the oil lamp illuminating. Another mechanic elsewhere had a second opinion and fixed the problem with a 20$ pressure sensor. Going elsewhere saved me potentially thousands.

Called CAA due to a flat tire and was quickly connected with John's Tire Serice. Wesley was able to come very quickly and get us on our way. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend.

July 2022-So grateful CAA hooked us up with John’s Towing & Transport when our car completely died on a Saturday afternoon during a family vacation. We can’t say enough about how kind and considerate Hunter was. Very helpful and professional, he is an awesome employee!
