Great prices and product, however they are very unreliable. I placed an order and have been waiting 4 1/2 hours so far. No followup call or message to let me know the driver is on his way and when asked for an ETA, they just ignored me. One of the thinks that makes a business successful is solid customer service and this experience was anything but that. Its annoying have to waste your whole day waiting on a company that cant take 30 seconds to text you back an update.

They just don't care about their customers...they deliver when they want/what they want and make you waste your time all the time.They try to get you to give you good reviews by giving you $5 deal...Best to go get elsewere as theses don't care for customers
