Fall River Family Dentistry

Having been in the dental field for a good many years myself, I am selective in my providers. Stacey is one of my go-to dental hygienists. VERY competent at her trade. Extremely thorough in her debridement and considerate of any sensitivity you may be experiencing in the chair. AND a sense of humor goes a long way when you are under the light. She is the real deal for all your dental hygiene care.

Very satisfied and highly recommend for excellent and honest service. I'm a customer for life!!

I have been coming to Fall River Family Dentistry for about 10 years now and we just moved out of the area but I decided not to change dentists because of the great care I receive here. Once I have a dentist and hygienist I trust I do not leave them.

We moved to Fall River in 2021 and needed to find a new dentist. There are two dentists in Fall River and I chose Fall River Family Dentistry based on Google Reviews (so a big shout out to the community!). (Although my wife actually goes to the other dentist in Fall River (Fall River Dental Group) and she loves them too). So it was probably a coin flip. It's so nice to have such well-respected dentists in our community. :)Anyway, my experience with Fall River Family Dentistry has been nothing but positive. The dentists are friendly and great and the dental hygienists are wonderful people. They are efficient, thorough, caring, attentive and a pleasure to speak with. Among the best I have ever experienced (and we had a VERY good dentist in Ottawa, so the bar is set VERY high!!). Well done Fall River Family Dentistry!! I highly recommend this dental practice!!Oh, and the other thing I'll mention... if you are fortunate enough to have two dental insurance plans, their administrators will handle BOTH insurance companies... this is very unique in a dentist. So basically, when I go for an appointment, I pay nothing. In Ottawa, I had to pay $30-$40 every visit and then I never bothered to submits receipts and paperwork to my wife's dental insurance company... I guess it was just too much of a pain for me. I'm not lazy, but by the time you get your dental claim statement from your primary insurance company and copy all your receipts and invoices and mail everything, a lot of time has passed, so you forget, unfortunately. So it's very nice to have a dentist who will deal with BOTH insurance companies... this is the way it *should* be IMHO.

The service we receive from Fall River Family Dentistry is always very competent.Recently Dr. Johnson helped me through some significant problems I had with a molar. Using her strong hands and reassuring manner she rebuilt the tooth completely. I'm very satisfied with my new tooth!The advice and updates I get from the Hygienist staff is always useful and encouraging with each visit.Due to my work, my family has had Dentists in Toronto, Mississauga, Whitehorse, Ottawa and Halifax. By far, the people here in your office are the most communicative, caring and competent of all.Paul and Family.

We love Fall River Family Dentistry, we are always well taken care of. One of the main things I like is procedures are always well explained, even to our son. He's never been anxious or afraid to go because of that.

I am so pleased with my experience with Fall River Dentistry. The staff are very friendly and professional. My Hygienist always takes her time and I get a wonderful cleaning. My dentist, Dr. Heather Johnson is great. She is so in tune with keeping you as comfortable as possible , explains things so well and is just meant for this career. I would highly recommend this dentistry

Was greeted on arrival and there was no waiting. Last minute cancellation allowed another procedure to be done without having to make another appointment.
