This place was recommended to us by a family member after a few bad experiences we had with the place we previously had went to. We have only been to Cross a few times so far but every time we've went my animals and I have been more then happy! The staff here is great! Treat me and most importantly my fur babies with the utmost respect and kindness. They've answered every little question and concern of mine with a smile . We plan on continuing our pets health care with them and I would DEFINITELY recommend Cross to anyone who's looking for a great veterinarian!

They have been great for us with our dogs and they are extremely kind and have always done everything possible to get us in during emergency situations and they have always been responsive. The Dr. takes time with you and your dog and I appreciate that.

I absolutely love this place. Dr. Fleming is great with our cats and answers all of our questions. He doesn't act like he can't wait to get out of the room as quickly as possible like other vets we have seen. Oh and when they write you a prescription they don't charge you $10 dollars to tell Chewy that you have a script like the vet on corunna and elms does (what a joke). This place is great. We always get in quickly and they take great care of our cats. I can't give them enough compliments they are amazing.

We love taking our pets here. The staff is friendly and the vet is great. They are pretty quick so you’re in and out without long wait times.

Save a traumatic experience for your pet and find a different vet. Do not let them remove your pet from yoir sight. They took my dog to draw blood, then I hear yelling and screaming from the back. This is not cool at all. Changes have been made here and it is not for the better!

Been taking my dog their for 5 years! Very personal and caring for my dog. Had a few issues with him eating stuff when he was a puppy and the office and vet were so compassionate and responsive to my calls. Great place and wonderful people.

I’ve always trusted this clinic with my pets health and the kindness of the staff. It’s unfortunate tho that my one pet was misdiagnosed and has been suffering for a while upon the recent findings from a new veterinarian. I was shown the images myself and was in shock to see that my baby has been suffering because he was misdiagnosed and on the wrong medication. I feel horrible that my dog suffered and I trusted that he was getting the proper care.
