I spent just about three years living in a building managed by NFPA Properties, and I never encountered any problems. Andrew, the building manager, was always extremely helpful and would always be quick to respond if anything did come up. I am extremely grateful for this company for giving me such a great renting experience in Toronto.

Andrew and Paul at NFPA are responsive and great to deal with for property management. Their construction knowledge and skills are particularly helpful when issues come up since they can handle many issues in-house on a timely basis instead of having to contract out. They understand the challenges of being a landlord and maintaining a property and are able to correspond and keep tenants in the loop which improves the overall experience for everyone.

I have been living at a property managed by NFPA Properties for about 18 months. They are very professional, kind and responsive. The building has been very well maintained by their staff. My requests for any kind of help/service are entertained immediately. Even on a Sunday, you can expect them to address your issues. If you are looking for a property manager, I would highly recommend you to sign up for their services.
