Went to bring my Raymond Weil watch for a new battery replacement basic service, reception Kiran was kind-accommodating smiling face very pleasant made me feel home, service was punctual professional & replaced my dead battery, recompression, decompression, clean. & vacuum-basic service under warranty-all in 20 minutes. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to come back.. Kiran is the best receptionist.. A+A+A+A+

I've been looking for quite the amount of years now for a professional watch repair place and now I found it. I brought in My red and green gucci watch to have the face Crystal replaced. I couldn't believe it they did it in two days and prices were very reasonable .Your watch repairs are done on site.I will count on Time Revolution for future watch repairs with quick return service. Thank you.sept.2022 This update the office has moved I took my Gucci watching for repair at this time they wanted $350 estimate I couldn't believe this price it was way over I could buy a new watch for that so I will not be going back here going back here again for watch repair

Watch repair review through Gucci store:I brought my vintage grandmother’s watch for a repair to the Gucci store in Bloor and they sent it here, as this place is their trusted agent. I heard from these guys a week later regarding my watch, saying that they can’t fix it band but can order a new one for $300+. I declined this, so they advised that have to pay $24 for shipping it back to me. My problem is mostly with Gucci ( I had no idea that I will have to cover this charge, especially since they haven't actually done anything to the watch. This shop is in Mississauga and is closed on weekends - nearly impossible to pick it up myself, since I live dt). I do, though, think that asking $24 to ship a watch is a bit much - I asked them to ship back to the store, so I can pick it up there - they said it’s impossible ( later on Gucci confirmed that they could in fact ship it to the store for me to pick up). Just left an unpleasant feeling.

Excellent service from a great team. My experience involves multiple Omega official services, one on a 90s Speedmaster, one on a 60's Constellation, and I've also received help looking at a watch that was under warranty with an overseas company. Every dealing has been smooth, and the results can be seen in the accuracy and condition of the watches I received back. Highly recommend, and I will be back for sure.

If you have a special watch and want the very best service for it go to Time Revolution in Mississauga. This watch repair company services all brands including my 38 year old Corum and other high and low end watches as well. The staff at Time Revolution is courteous and as precise as the watches they service. Their service estimates are accurate and their service is fast. I looked all over Toronto 2 or 3 years ago for a trusted watch repair service and I found it at Time Revolution. I highly recommend them!

I have gotten my Omega and Breitling serviced here from Mr.Bhalla. The man knows what he's doing. Very professional and knowledgeable, Time Revolution is the place to give your watches some TLC. Highly recommended!

From last to first overall,I had dealt with Time Revolution about 1.5 - 2 years ago and was given no support on a repair and bad information. I had since found out that person is gone. Only lasted a short while. They went over and well above normal for me in service to make things good. Turns out my watch was OK., That same fellow gave me some bad info about the warranty charges. Well Gordy explained how mechanical watches work and they all lose a small bit of time every day as they are mechanical. I did not know that. He took his time and walked me thru everything about my watch. I was very impressed at the service and what they did for me - to make a 2 year old customer happy. Very impressed. Excellent company to follow up an old claim like mine. BRAVO to you guys!!

I take both my watches here for battery replacements. It means a drive from Kitchener, but it's very worthwhile. My watches are tested, gaskets checked and the batteries last around 2 years. I highly recommend Time Revolution.
