Honest Well Pump Repair & Service

Jack is such an amazing guy! He’s come to our house and helped us many times! He’s always reasonable and such a kind man. We’ve had honest out here a few times due to our well and thank goodness we chose them because no one else is as kind and HONEST as they are. Thank you guys for being great!

Our power went out and we couldn’t get the well pump to kick on after PUD power was restored. I fully expected to hear that they can only help if they’re at our location, but that was not the case. Both the lady who answered the phone and Jack were extremely helpful. Jack walked me through a couple scenarios of what could have happened. He was right on one scenario and I got the pump working again. Thank you both.

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Not honest. Literally turned my non-emergency into an emergency. I'm assuming that Jack was just trying to keep another plumber from getting the whole job. Replaced the well pump. Then had his assistant (his daughter who is nice and knowledgeable also) check the pressure tank to discover it was blown. Our pressure tank is located under the house. Jack can not work under the house and is not set up for someone else to do so. When the appointment was set I said my google search indicates it could be the pressure tank and it was under the house. So he put a new well pump in then told us how extremely important it was for us to get the pressure tank replaced ASAP to avoid burning out the new pump. To avoid turning the water on and off frequently. And left.I've been cursing his name for the 2+ weeks we had to wait to have someone come out to replace the pressure tank.

Based on his web site and our discussion I thought Honest pump would be a great option. I paid his service fee ($185) just to come out and review my service request. Unfortunately after that, Jack didn't follow up with me after multiple attempts on my end, never provided a bid for services he said he would and after 3 months of waiting to hear back from him, I have given up. Good luck if you choose to try Honest.

I HIGHLY recommend Honest Plumbing and Well!! The best company all around, they are the nicest and knowledgeable people out there. I had another well company come out to my fixer upper house that I just purchased to give me a well quote of what I needed and he quoted me $6,000! Then I shopped around and called Honest, the owner Jack came out a few hours later and noticed that my well worked just fine and that the breaker was just turned off and then gave my husband and I some suggestions on how to improve the well setup we already had. He also looked at my furnace and showed me that it was also in working order and that I didnt need to replace it. I am so truly grateful for Jack's help and for saving me from wasting a lot of money. I will definitely call Honest back with future well questions and problems that I have!

Jack was awesome, We had another company come out a couple of days prior things just didn't feel right they charge so much for almost nothing Jack came out diagnosed fixed did everything in one day for a very reasonable cost. He is definitelyhonest and that was so refreshing.

Jack is a treasure trove of information as well as of course instilation of our new pump, glad to have him.

Honest Furnace Repair was wonderful. My old heating furnace was not working well for a good long time and I finally just gave up and called for help. I tried several companies. Non of them could come to my home in what I thought was a timely manner and then I finally reached Honest. Jack who is the owner, was out at my house within a couple of hours and better still....he was significantly cheaper than the other companies I called. He got my furnace working and..frankly I have to Highly recommend these Guys. Honest Heating was amazing and I will call them in the future and if you find you need help like I did, I would encourage you to call them as well.PS I seldom review anything, but Honest Heating just took amazing care of me and I feel like everyone should know.

I had Jack come out an inspect my well prior to the purchase of my home. I am very grateful for his decades of experience in Snohomish County. He provided information that others couldn't because the company that installed the well was no longer in business. Cheryl, his partner answered the phone first ring every time I called. They are great folk to have on your side, and I am happy to support local small business.

To the guy who saved Christmas. THANK YOU. I had no water, tried to diagnose myself and made it worse. They spent a half hour on the phone helping me diagnose the issue, he wasn’t able to make it out but wasn’t going to leave me without water either.In a selfish world, he was selfless and took his time to help.Honestly, most people would have NEVER helped over the phone. If I ever need services again. You’ll be my first call.
