love camping their alex very noce person and when u ask for service u get it maybe not same day

Very free and friendly atmosphere with the feel of the Northern wilderness!

Paid for my lot for the year when my dad was on his death bed. Alex showed no compassion at all. Paid for the May 2022-May 2023. Alex gives me problems. I don’t party and I keep my lot clean. This year due to the loss of my dad and grieving we didn’t camp. Alex asked for a power bill in July and it was high for no one camping. I paid it with asking for the proof of the power bill usage and Alex never gave me a copy. He never provided me a copy of the paid lease agreement either for this year. September 21, 2022 Alex tells me he is now renewing me and wants me out by September 25, 2022. I am sick with a migraine and he is not refunding me either. Alex says I broke rules but when asked what rules he won’t tell me. I have not broken any rules. These are facts with proof of correspondence with Alex.Please if you want to rent from Alex get everything in writing and signed to protect yourself so your not out thousands of dollars like myself. This is not to discriminate or harass anyone this is for facts to be known to other people.
