Kitch'inn - Boutique Hotel + Wine Bar
A very quaint little Inn to stay at! We were able to stay a few nights and explored both Mahone bay and Lunenberg, which has great shopping and boating opportunities. The Kitchen Inn has a great restaurant/bar attached which offers fresh firecrust pizza, and a great selection of beverages. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Clean, bed/pillows very comfortable. Quiet even with restaurant downstairs. Loved there was rice crisps, yogurt, cereal bars in room for snacks. Nespresso in room and Redkin shampoo elevated stay. Pizza is delicious, warm olives we're amazing. Lots of drink options, pass on dessert next time baked cookie was raw and cheesecake was too sweet, not creamy. They need bigger tables. 2 person table will not hold flight of beer and 2 pizzas. Made for awkward eating. Doesn't have air conditioning, room was 24C when we arrived (in May). Would be scorcher in summer. Only 1 window had screen.

We had a wonderful stay in the “Purple Grooviness” room. The bed was very comfortable, we enjoyed the amenities like nespresso and little touches in the bathroom. Room was very quiet even though there is a restaurant downstairs. Betty’s was also absolutely top notch.

We stayed in the Nautical Nelly room - very cute and you can tell someone had fun decorating it. The Inn had lots of little touches that make a stay more enjoyable, as well as good sheets, super fluffy towels and a painless check-in process. The room was spacious and had a good sized bathroom.

Kitch'inn - Boutique Hotel + Wine Bar
Mahone Bay is famous for its churches and it will soon be famous for this Inn & Wine bar. The inn was delightful, clean, and the bed was one of the best I’ve slept on. The wine bar and wood fire oven pizza was incredible and we got to sit beside the oven and watch Elliott the pizza oven manager work as locals played folk music. An incredible experience!

Had the most delightful stay at this little gem of a spot. The hospitality of the owner and staff was absolutely out of this world. I will be making this a regular stop during my Nova Scotia stays. The rooms were decorated beautifully and extremely clean. You could tell that the owner pays attention to certain details by having fresh cream and milk in the refrigerator, and even a hair straighter next to the hair dryer. We spent a lot of time down hanging around the grounds and eating a lot of delicious food. Highly recommend this spot and looking forward to my next visit.

I debated writing this because I don't like to write bad reviews for small independent places that are trying their best, but since no one returned my phone calls during my stay this is my only opportunity to give feedback.We stayed at the house on Herman Island. It is more isolated than the description would have you believe and isn't exactly *right on the Bay*, but the house is big and nice. The property is nice. The landscapers that showed up at 8 am on the Saturday morning after my husband's 40th birthday were not nice. They'll continued to more the extensive lawn for the next hour and a half! It woke the entire family and no one could get back to sleep.I tried calling about it. No answer. Actually, they never called me back, ever. We booked this house to have a bucolic country setting. They did so much landscaping that we couldn't even use the outdoor space afterwards as we have seasonal allergies. And the view went from looking lush and green to a baked lawn of brown clippings.It was so disappointing. I gave this place two stars because the house was really nice, although clearly it hasn't been really set up. Like, putting all the heaviest dishes in a broken drawer that doesn't open, doesn't really make sense.Sorry for the bad review, but if you had called me back we could have handled this properly.

Kitch'inn - Boutique Hotel + Wine Bar
Stayed here for 1 week in the loft with wife and dog. They are very pet friendly and has a great restaurant to eat too. Please support this great place as the owners are so sweet and accommodating.The loft was spacious and quiet, especially with the little stream in the back if you leave the bathroom window open, you can hear it along with the birds singing.Try the breakfast too as the owner/chef cooks some delicious unique breakfast.The pizza is great too. Cooked in a wood stone fireplace.Area in back is very quiet and everything is walkable in town and the people you meet/cross in the streets and sweet and friendly.This place will not disappoint!
