Carrie was a godsend for us. Our little boy had been struggling with sleep for almost a year when we found Carrie. We knew he was ready to get to sleep on his own, we just didn't have the tools to help him. Carrie was able to put together a comprehensive plan that we could follow without issue and it worked! She was very prompt with email and phone advice as well. Our son is getting to sleep on his own now and staying asleep through the night! We are all sleeping much better now!

Carrie was great! She was very patient and supportive and designed a program for our son that aligned with our values. We didn’t think our 4 month old son would ever be sleeping so soundly throughout the night but now he is sleeping 12 hour stretches with 1 or 2 feeds during the night. We really like that Carrie tailored the plan to our comfort level, provided great support along the way and is still here for us if we need her.

We had a great experience with Carrie. Our little guy was about 4 months old when we started working with her, as I was going to back to work in just a few weeks and couldn't handle working full time, keeping up with a toddler, and waking up to nurse a baby every 2-3 hours in the night.We had some hiccups along the way (baby was sick so sleep was off, we travelled) that affected our plan but Carrie was so supportive and helped us stay on track and adjusted the plan as needed. He hasn't kept up his new skills 100%, but every time that he has a little issue, it feels so good to actually know what to do and not fall into our old routine of bad sleep habits. We're very grateful to Carrie for showing us the way!

I can't recommend Carrie enough! She was absolutely fantastic with helping me and my husband figure out what our daughter needed and helping us follow through with the plan that she created for us. If we ever had any questions she was right there to answer them and help us out! If I could give her more stars I would!

Right from the beginning, we felt incredibly supported by Carrie as she helped us to navigate the challenges our 4 month old had with sleep. She created a custom sleep plan that was very easy to follow. She monitored our progress and helped us to adjust our plan as needed. Carrie was excellent at communicating regularly with us via phone and email. She went above and beyond in making sure that our sleep goals were met, something we never thought was possible before we had met Carrie. We honestly cannot say enough good things about her and Little Star Sleep Solutions. She helped us all get our happiness back and we are extremely grateful for her!

At first we thought that this would be very hard. We didn't think that it would work as quickly as it did. Carrie was absolutely amazing and really knows what she's doing. Our little guy was tricky, but she tailored a plan that fit him and us perfectly.Carrie was always available for us and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We felt very supported through the whole process. She was also very positive which helped us be consistent and complete the training for our little guy. She has a wealth of knowledge and it shows.Parents.....that first night is difficult but she will tell you to stick with it.....and she is not wrong. Thank you Carrie for helping us.Brette and Brian

We had a great experience with Carrie! Our 2 year old twins were waking several times a night and had quickly taken over our beds. Carrie created a plan tailored to our goals and needs and supported us throughout the transition. She also made some changes as we went to better suit my son. Within 4 nights we were seeing drastic improvements in sleep habits! We would highly recommend Carrie to anyone looking for help with their kids sleep!

We cannot say enough good things about Carrie at Little Star Sleep Solutions! She is so caring, patient, prompt and dedicated! Hiring someone to help you with your baby is a very intimate thing, and right from the beginning we trusted Carrie into our lives, and could not be happier with this decision. We truly feel as though we formed a bond with Carrie through this process, and we were sad to see our time with her come to an end. The best part about Little star sleep solutions is that Carrie is with you the entire way through, she does not stop until all of your sleeping goals are met! Our 6 month old is now sleeping beautifully and we are all happier and more rested! And the resources she leaves you with are fabulous and we feel ready to tackle all things sleep related!
