I have made an appointment since last Oct with them for the gutter cleaning service. Every time they would guarantee they will do “the end of next week” but when the time comes, they said “I do apologize and I have many things to do”. Now is almost Feb. I totally understand life is hard, but if you cannot perform our appointment, please let your customers know and they can make another plan.
