On the most part this location is great with service and food. The drinks are usually on point. Unfortunately, the reason for the four stars, is that on occasion there will be times that drinks aren’t made to order, or something is missed. For example, hot chocolate on a rare occasion can be watery, the flavoured latte’s sometimes end up having zero flavour or very minimal and the coffee sometimes isn’t made as ordered.When the error is mentioned later on, the employees are very eager to offer replacements and sometimes that’s definitely required, which is what brings this rating up to a four. Otherwise, when you order something, you’re in a hurry and can’t come back, it can be disappointing receiving something that you pay for and end up having to throw it out because the taste just doesn’t cut it.As mentioned previously, this is something that happens once in awhile and on the most part this location is usually good.

I would give no stars at all if it would let me. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever seen! They say they close at 8pm but they are NEVER open past 630 or 7! Even when we do come earlier, their customer service is rude and the food and drink they put together was sloppy. I’m never going again!

I am not one to write bad reviews on businesses unless it happens more than a few times. I come to this Tim Horton's often because it's closest, but unfortunately I am no longer going. In the past they have given me the wrong donuts or cold eggs. Today I asked for a BELT COMBO and when we drove off at got home, we opened it up to see NO egg, the bagel was not toasted, and there was zero sauce. Oh and ontop of it, we got NO hashbrown (even though it was a combo).The older caucasian lady that runs the drive through quite often rushes us and I don't think she fully hears what we are asking because every time something is off. And when we find the issue before we leave the drive thru and tell her she seems very irritated.I will no longer be going here, and the other Tim Hortons in central Okotoks listen which is all you can ask for a drive thru.

Today I was served by a very nice girl. I'm not going to talk much about the food, since we all know the incredible taste of the food. But the service today was amazing. She helped us with the app, she was gentle and kind. Overall the team on this shift looks very friendly. Thank you!

For months now this place is in full neglect. Still no panini iron. ALWAYS out of stuff. Today was whatever is needed to make my cold brew.. it just feels like they’re planning on shutting this one down. Too bad, it use to be the best.**Update: situation, improving! Better service and they’re not always out of stock. Went from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I avoid this Tim hortons at all cost. Not only are most of the drive thru staff inconsiderate and rude but my order is always never right. I have talked about this with them a few times in the past but nothing is ever done about how they disapline or change how the atmosphere is there. Go to the Tim hortons by save on foods, double drive thru and that Tim hortons staff is always welcoming and polite. Avoid this one. Yes to however answers this, I have talked to managers and no I don't want anything other than you guys to look at how your staff treat your customers. That's what really needs to be addressed. I look forward to hearing the changes and new more positive reviews, until then I will remain loyal to the more supportive customer care and satisfaction with the other Tim's.

March 24 2023 7:20am ish, the lady that was handling the drive through mic was just blatantly rude. After having made my request telling me i actually hadn't requested that and just being rude. This is around the 4th time i have had a rough interaction with this individual. She is a young lady with braces and glasses i believe, frequently works in the mornings during the week. The first couple times she was rude i brushed it off as a bad day but this is repeated. I hate being this guy but if you don't like people, leave the service industry.

Sometimes my food is good. I work all over Alberta and BC. Every other time Hortons location from Vancouver to fort Mac seems to serve better food than here. Rich community, poor food 95% of the time.

Visiting friends in okotoks, Came in one evening about 6 weeks ago around 7. Only a mother and daughter were waiting and they said they had ordered. So I went to the counter. I waited… and waited… and began to wonder if there were any staff. Eventually after a few minutes… a younger and older woman came around to the front. They seemed in no hurry and were talking. The younger woman approached but then went off to the left side. The older woman then came right to the front, walked right past me without saying a word or even looking at me. She then seemed to survey the baked goods … turned and walked past me again to the back! Now I’d just been standing there for several minutes … I decided that 1. I was going to be late if I kept waiting, 2. It was a bit embarrassing having the only other customers watch me just being totally ignored, and 3. They really had zero interest in my business! So I just turned and walked out. In 35 years of almost daily Tim’s visits across Canada, nothing remotely like that has happened to me. Bizarre.
