TJ is a consummate professional. We have only been using his services this winter but we will definitely contract him again. We are very pleased with his communication style and prompt responses. He seems to really care about the work his personnel carry out and ensures to correct any issues as they arise. You can't ask for more than that.

A sudden spring snowstorm caught me without my regular plowman who, like most of us, thought the season was behind us.Although not one of their regular commercial contracts, TJ added me to the already long list of customers they service.I offered to pay a premium for the urgency and they declined.10/10 for service. Highly recommend
