Used End of the Roll to update flooring my Mum’s condo. Great selection and value. Highly recommend Brent for the installation - very professional and did great work on the install.

End of the Roll SE was amazing to deal with for my carpeting needs. I purchased a house and was planning on doing laminate throughout, circumstances changed and decided to have carpet installed instead, with being between houses we needed the carpet done ASAP. Alex helped us pick out our carpet and was able to get us booked in the same week. The installer Tyler came to do measurements and knew we wanted this done ASAP so our house could be livable. He made his schedule work to come install the carpet two days earlier than scheduled which helped us out so much! Tyler did an absolutely amazing job on the install, the carpet is gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier with our all around experience!

Day before install...price doubled and we went even on their schedule. Seems they can't provide either cost of a quote the service they promise you .UPDATE: In response to the owner, this situation has most definitely not been 'rectified'. We just got a call telling us if we want our $500 deposit back we have to come back to the store to get it. Apparently your credit card machines don't do refunds which is really strange because most of them actually do.

I recently moved and decided to redo the flooring with vinyl plank. I went into End of the Roll knowing absolutely nothing about flooring other than an idea of what I wanted for functionality and price. From the moment I stepped into the door I felt taken care of. I dealt with Paul and the south location and he was just so helpful and gave great advice throughout the whole experience. I never once felt like I was out of place with my lack of knowledge and I’m just so pleased with the customer service and quality of product I received. My new floors are installed and I can’t praise my experience with Paul and End of the Roll enough. I even had my installer visit the North location for an additional box of plank and they were so helpful with him as well. Great work. I probably won’t have any other flooring needs for a long time but highly recommend to others to give them a try.

A big thanks to everyone at End of the Roll, especially Tyler and Stephen who installed it in a basement bedroom I have been renovating! Tyler was exceptionally friendly and professional and went the extra mile to do an excellent job with an attentive eye for the challenging details the room presented him with: the uneven floor, drainage access point, and new closet build that required extra attention. Everything looks seamless! I’m feeling very satisfied with the entire experience.

My husband and I recently moved into a house with old carpet in the basement and stairs. It was holding a lot of dirt and smell and just needed to be replaced. We got outstanding service in the store choosing new carpet and underlay. End of the Roll recommended Moe to measure and install.Moe was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, communicative, and a very hard worker. He answered all of my questions when he measured and offered to clean the bare floor with a spray before installing the new underlay and carpet.He also let me keep a couch in the basement which he moved while he worked because it was too heavy and awkward for me to get out easily.On the day of installation he came with one other colleague and they got the whole job done in an afternoon. The new carpet looks incredible. I can’t see the seams and all of the edges are perfect. The smell is also completely gone. His colleague was also extremely friendly and hard working.I should also mention that this work was done during a heatwave in a house with no AC. It must have been extremely hard work in hot conditions but they both stayed upbeat the whole time.The price was was exactly what we discussed to the penny, no surprises at any point. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase, Moe, and his team.**I should mention that they did vacuum before they left and the carpet looked wonderful, my dogs were super excited and played on it before I got a chance to take photos so their paw marks show in the photos but it was very nicely vacuumed when Moe left.

I want to rate End of the Roll as good, but unfortunately, I can't.The price was fantastic. The service in-store was good.The installer damaged my baseboards, left huge gaps between the flooring and the baseboards, and left my place saying we don't do baseboards

I can say that the prices are the cheapest as I did my homework. Shaun provides you the best customer service and listens to what you are looking for. He picked out the carpet that I had installed which I am extremely happy with. The installers are amazing (Ahmet and crew) are the best I have seen so far. They are professional. They vacuum and keep everything clean as they go. My baseboards are in mint condition, no damage to anything. The quality of their work is rated 10/10. I would highly recommend them. You guys are incredible thank you so much.. I will never go anywhere else. See for yourself in these amazing pictures.
