I ordered a bouquet for a friend's birthday. I'm located in ON, so kind of ordered blind, not being familiar with the business. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I ordered an X-SM bouquet the evening prior to the day that I wanted it delivered.1) I'm impressed with the ease of ordering. It's so convenient to be able to order online, and in what felt was kind of a last minute capacity.2) Great attention & communication. I provided an outdated phone number for my friend's husband (wanted to have them delivered as a surprise), the staff pro.ptly followed up with me, and I was able to correct the phone number.3) The bouquet was everything I could have hoped for. Unique and beautiful. I look forward to ordering from them again.

The flowers for our wedding could not have turned out better!!!Flowers were one of the most important aspects for me and my partner. Kailee and her team were able to source out and build the exact look we were looking for.Our flowers were absolutely show stopping they looked better than a Hollywood movie. We had so many comments from our vendors and guests that they had never seen such amazing floral arrangements.It takes a lot for me be wowed and I was almost lost for words when I saw our flowers they were spectacular. The team at Willow was able to take our idea for our wedding which other florists said was not possible and not only deliver it but they exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Willow to anyone looking for exceptional flowers still at a reasonable price.

Willow made my wedding floral dreams come true. Spectacular is an understatement, and they went above and beyond my inspo pictures and descriptions. They were extremely patient when I made adjustments to what I wanted, and the final product was jaw droppingly ethereal and dreamy. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for everything Willow!

Willow co did my bridal bouquet and my husbands boutonnière for our elopement and they were stunning. They delivered the flowers right to our hotel, they were in perfect condition when they arrived and looked stunning through the day. Absolutely recommend them to anyone !!

Willow Flower Co. created the most stunning bouquet and boutonniere for our elopement in Alberta!For background my wedding dress has some colorful embroidery, so when I first contacted Willow Flower Co. I shared the dress and a few color inspiration photos on Pinterest. Our photographers had recommended them to us and after seeing photos of some of their work - I felt confident that they would run with it and would create something amazing.Communication was great and I was able to arrange a pick up for my flowers before they closed the evening before our 2am hiking elopement. I was so excited to see them all day! We were so lucky to see the inside of their flower shop - it's what dreams are made of, so beautiful! And the smell of fresh flowers was amazing.Let me tell you, I was not prepared to be as blown away as I was when I saw Adrienne come from the back with our flowers. Wow! They were the most beautiful arrangement of flowers I’ve ever seen. They matched my dress perfectly. I was smiling the entire time I carried them and after our elopement we put them out to admire during the rest of our visit in Canmore.My husband took so many photos of his boutonniere. He watered it and took such good care of it after our elopement to make it last through our trip. He loved it so much, he brought it home to dry and preserve in resin.I can’t thank Willow Flower Co enough for the most magical flowers, they were such a work of art!

I am blown away by the beautiful flowers for our wedding yesterday. Willow was so wonderful to work with, providing suggestions and making changes to accommodate our budget. I cannot recommend them enough. (Pic is of my bouquet the day after - still looking great!)

Used Willow for my wedding in March 2023.Originally had another company booked & last minute didn't work out so contacted Willow about a month & a week before my wedding date.They got me in!!!!!!!!!!!!They were easy to communicate with, very helpful & OMGGGGGG just gorgeous work!My flowers were one of my fav parts of the day.Had so many compliments on them!They also did lovely work on my venue, so many people said how beautiful it was.Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few weeks ago, I received a bouquet, in which the flowers did not seem very fresh - droopy and just not right. I phoned to ask about the freshness of the flowers but was given an unsatisfactory explanation. So I just let it go. Then on Saturday, the day before Mother's Day, I received a bouquet from my family. It was very pretty. However, the rose petals were curled up on the flowers. The next morning, some of the greenery was crinkled and dried out. Then this morning, Monday, a day and a half after delivery, the rose heads were drooping. I had watered them as directed. All in all, I am very disappointed. And worse, I have to pretend to my family. How do I say thank-you, but don't order from this establishment again. On the other hand, I also received a bouquet THREE weeks ago from Safeway. It was fabulous for 2 weeks, and even now has a bit of pretty remaining. Granted, different flowers, but still......Is there something wrong with me that everyone else gives them great reviews????If ordering from Willow, make sure you specify that you want the freshest of fresh flowers.I have since heard back from Willow Flower Co. explaining their business model, so to speak. They have suggested I come in to their store and they will make it right with me. I consider that to be good customer service so I will add a star.

Willow Flower Company did an absolute phenomenal job of my wedding flowers! They were flexible, responsive and worked with me to finalize the right product to best fit my wedding floral needs. Flowers and greenery was the main decor for my wedding and they did an absolutely amazing job! I am so very happy with the final product, it really made the day that much more perfect. I would recommend Willow Flower Company to anyone looking for flowers in the Rocky Mountain region!
