Sid and the team at Puffin Catering were terrific to work with and the 5/5 is well earned. They catered a baby shower for us and did a fantastic job. The food was fresh and so tasty (the spanakopita was the biggest hit with our guests) and there were so many delicious options to choose from. It all arrived on time and beautifully plated for the buffet and we will definitely be calling them again. Thanks so much for your part in making it the perfect baby shower!

We worked with Sid on catering for our daughters birthday. The entire process was smooth right from selecting the menu to pricing and then delivery. His team reached 15 min before and food was already in wonderful serving platters with excellent presentation. All our guests relished on the food and we had great feedback especially for the Pesto Noodle Salad. We will highly recommend Puffin Catering!

We had a wonderful event last night in great part due to Puffin Catering.They arrived and set up a beautiful table for our guests, quickly and efficiently. I was busy running the event and I didn't even have to go over to make sure they were on the right track. I just want to say Thank you!!! I ordered catering for my office with a short notice and you guys delivered some delicious food, on time, at a good price and complying with all my requests.You accommodate the menu to our requirements and the results were great!Hats off to Lowrenzo for an amazing customer and delivery services, same to Sona for his expedite and professional response!

The customer service is extremely poor. We have used Puffin catering for quite some time and although their food is fairly good, the customer service really sucks. We have spent tens of thousands on corporate catering from this company and yet when it comes to them screwing up a small order, Sona (the owner I presume) refuses to acknowledge it. He would rather lose a long-time customer than admit his mistake (forgetting that we, among his other customers, help to keep him in business). He sent the wrong order but had the nerve to invoice us for two fruit platters (we only ordered one - his mistake for misreading the order). They also didn't deliver the yogurt fruit CUPS that we ordered and instead sent us a BOWL of fruit salad. As well, they sent us a single serving of eggs, bacon, and a bagel - didn't order this either. When I emailed my concerns to him he completely ignored my points and didn't address any of them (???) he just sent a few emails back with stupid remarks like I don't understand the confusion" etc. Perhaps there would not have been any confusion if he had actually read the order properly. He did call to discuss but actually kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. Unbelievably stubborn! Maybe this is acceptable where he comes from but it's not acceptable where I come from. Horrible way to treat a client especially if you as a service provider are in the wrong. He was so ignorant

I ordered the turkey dinner for a family Christmas gathering. The food was incredible, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I had called another caterer for prices but found them to be rude and abrupt. Puffin's customer service was second to none, including the very nice gentleman who delivered the food. Thank you!
