Overall great experience from start to finish. Purchased a beautiful Porsche Panamera 4S and traded in my VW CC. Shpend was fantastic even bringing me the car the day before I left on holiday to see it. I drove it and knew it was mine 3 minutes into it. I put a deposit down and he held the car for me for nearly 2 weeks, had the car detailed and even refurbished 2 rims with curb rash. Also threw in another oill change on them when I picked it up..Overall a super clean Porsche with all records was bought and a fair trade in for my mint CC.Both Shpend and Max are no stress, easy to deal with businessmen that love cars and watches!You won’t be disappointed.

The dealer was forthcoming with all information I requested. They actually went out of there way to provide service data as well as a video made for the unit I was interested in. No high pressure sales tactics just general willingness to discuss their offerings. Although I never purchased the vehicle I would not hesitate in the future to use this used auto dealer.

Out of town buyer (Okanagan) and the experience was really solid.Communication with Shpend prior to vehicle purchase was quick / attentive. Handled financial paperwork upfront and made the commitment to come view the vehicle.We drove in and handed the keys to take to a 3rd party for pre purchase inspection without hesitation. (I chose to do my own inspection)Due to extreme traffic coming back from the shop - we did not return until 2+ hours after we expected and the team stayed late to handle paperwork / insurance after hours.As well as we were driving back over the mountains the next day we needed winter tires (an oversight on my part due to being past Oct 1)Shpend was able to secure winter tires / wheels for our Porsche in under 24 hrs and have them installed right before we had to leave by a neighbouring shop.Overall it was a very quick turn around even with added hurdles of extreme traffic delays and needing wheels and tires for my trip home.I'd recommend You Drive - no time wasting and the open / clear communication made what could have been a much more painful process pretty straight forward.Enjoying the Cayenne GTS :)

Super great experience! From beginning to end, the process was super simple and I felt confident the whole time that I was actually being taken care of! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car!!!I even had winter tires and wheels sorted out which made the whole process that much easier!

Top tier service (including after-sales service)!It was the first time we were buying a car from a dealer and we were worried that we would fall prey to devious sales tactics and general pushiness. Our actual experience was quite the contrary! Shpend and his team made us feel very welcome and respected in our role as potential customers.The information provided was detailed and transparent. Negotiations were fair and respectful.Overall, I would have rated my experience very favourably!However, it gets better. After actually driving the car for a few dozen kilometres, a loud sound could sometimes be heard on the highway. We went on a road trip one week-end and that's when the problem became worse enough that we felt we had to do something. We found out during our trip that the front plastic floor shielding the motor's was not held by screws and bolts as it should have been. Either the screws loosened up enough during driving or somebody forgot to put them back after servicing the car. It turns out that the loud noise we could hear on the highway was the front engine flooring panel getting scraped over the pavement. The panel was now damaged and we were worried about water or snow coming in through the holes that had formed.Shpend and his team proved to be entirely cooperative and understanding. They agreed to replace the damaged part outright, at their cost.I could not recommend their business enough.Thank you You Drive Motors for your support throughout this process and after the sale. We're really happy with our car!

I have test driven 8 cars in the last 3 months at several dealerships. As a first time buyer I was very comfortable purchasing a vehicle from Shpend at You Drive Motors. There was never any pressure to buy a car at all like the other dealerships I have been too. Shpend was really helpful with giving all information about the Subaru Forester I bought.
