Always pleasant and friendly. Always helpful when needed. The pharmacy team is amazing and do a great job.

Shopped here for years, spending money every week. Tonight I went in to buy a nail polish which I’ve bought many from there. I just got the nail polish n used self checkout. The lady working cosmetics decided she was going to stare me down, like I was doing something wrong. I flashed her my receipt as walking out and she continued to stare at me at the window. I work retail n understand the theft is a problem but to make someone so uncomfortable that’s just shopping is just wrong.

Staff are always friendly and helpful! I have a complaint about shopping carts. Yesterday I had to switch carts before going through checkout. Once I got my products in the cart, the front wheels would no longer turn. Then it happened again, thankful to the cashier who switched my heavy products for me ie.case of water, 4 cases of pop, etc. Three shopping carts before we got one that was not broken. The cashier even offered to get me help to push my cart to the back parking lot. For excellent customer service I give 5 stars. But please take inventory of your broken carts and either toss them or get them repaired. Nothing more annoying to make me want to shop elsewhere!

Don't ever buy a Presto Card from ANY Shopper's Drug Mart without loading money onto it immediately... EVER! Is the minimum load amount five cents or ten dollars to activate a card? Metrolinx and this Shoppers Drug Mart location can't seem to agree after discussing the matter with both parties.Make public transit more accessible.

Best staff, best products, best location. I cannot complain about this location. It's the most convenient and we'll placed stores in town. Best location.

Most staff is friendly, but the wait time for a prescription fill was far too long, especially if the script was faxed. On more than 1 occasion I showed up to pick up hours after a doctor's visit to my prescription still sitting at their fax machine, not even looked at. Or, they would say come at [insert time] but then call after said time to say they didn't have the item and it had to be ordered.

Everyone in the store is very nice and offers help when we come in.The staff at pharmacy is over the top helpful from the girls to the pharmacist. Thank you

The post office hours are not posted clearly . Its a joke, tried 3x to drop my parcel off and the manager just laughed and said we'll there is nothing I can do. There is something you can do and post the hours clearly in store and on the website and get a better attitude.Service sucks at this location

We were asked by a store employee to move from part of the store to another location in the store because we were standing in front of the pharmacy speaking with friends that we had not seen in a long time. The store was not busy and 3 people had used the pharmacy while we were standing there. Very rude request considering that the store was not busy. Pharmacy staff is great, but store employee did not handle the situation professionally.

The staff here are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly The store is always clean and well stocked. The pharmacy team are amazing and very informative.
