SCAM SHOP STAY AWAY, “authorized lenovo warranty center”. Gave them my laptop, which was under warranty, and had many problems including flashing screen, non working microphone, and fingerprint issue. I dropped it here as the lenovo customer support person said it would be faster since I needed it for school. I gave it to this shop and they called me back saying I broke it, the fan was not connected, screws were everywhere. Then they said one of the screws must have shorted the motherboard because now the laptop doesn’t even turn on. They refused to honor the lenovo warranty and charged me $100 to open up the laptop and then THEY BROKE it even more. They didn’t honor the warranty because when “they contacted lenovo”, lenovo said it is external damage or whatnot. I have been using this laptop for about a year, and only once has it been sent to the lenovo depot to be repaired. It has never been repaired by anyone else. Why would I risk voiding the warranty? They make you sign a sheet that says if its not backed by warranty you got to pay $100 diagnostic fee. I also contacted lenovo customer service to complain about the service and the fact I had to pay $100 to this scam shop, but they said there is nothing they can do on their end. 5 customer service reps, 1 manager, still had to pay $100. One of the reps also said since this shop doesn’t use the lenovo ticket numbers, they are scamming me and should just send it to the depot.In short, this is a scam shop, even the lenovo reps said it. Lenovo will say these are authorized lenovo warranty centers, but if something goes wrong they will not reimburse you. This shop does not use warranty ticket numbers which is how lenovo pays them, hence this is a scam shop. I had to pay $100 for them to brick my computer, make additional problems on top of the problems I already have, and leave a bitter taste in my mouth. Learned by lesson, always take it to the depot for warranty. These guys are evil.

Outstanding. These guys are magicians. After many support calls back and forth, left the laptop with them for a couple of days and it came back with all the anomalies gone and working better than new. And a bunch of nice people to boot. Great experience, would highly recommend them.
