Mountain Warehouse

The store manager working today ( Jan 7, 2023 at 3:00 pm is really irritating). I have returned a mountain warehouse item bought through Amazon but shipped through mountain warehouse facility , which can be returned in store in any mountain warehouse. I have brought the item to the store, and the employee took the return, but said it would take 5 mins for the refund email. After 10 mins, I received no email, so I wanted to stay in the store and resolve it by calling Amazon. The store manager literally was yelling, saying there is nothing they can do. I requested saying I am deaf in one side to let me handle this with Amazon, and not bother me( I am deaf in one side and it is hard for me to talk to the phone and hear the person infront of me, which I told him).He still won't let me deal with it and kept saying there is nothing they can do, I had to say you are really bothering me. Mountain warehouse should really look into having such ignorant manager and boy he is loud

Very good manager...products had been always good...but the manager helped me to get the promotion for my son's jacket at the moment when the cashier was not helping me at all to get the promotion. The star is for the manager and the product...just 4 star due to the cashier

Wish I had more time to spend in this store. The after winter sale is amazing. Some items are still pricey even though they are on sale. However the quality of the items are very good. Also I would advise to shop in store and try on. I purchased some items online and the sizing is very off. For example a Large in thermals is not the same as a large in snow pants or wind breakers. The return process was very simple. The staff were very helpful.

Horrible post sale customer service. Bought on Dec.9, after 3 weeks, winter jacket's zipper got jammed easily and broke several places. Kid claimed it is tough from the beginning and didn't notice me until they became what looked like shown in the picture.

Really like the Oshawa location. This one, was not offered help and was instead walked past by sales people. I would recommend going to one of their other locations because they have great stuff at good prices.

Very crowded and densely packed as black Friday deals. However in normal times the shop is very tight packed and sometimes suffocating claustrophobic. Can't differentiate between customer and staff. Need to go bigger shop space and better brighter lights. The inventory is really good and is worth looking-buying.

Disgusting "CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE". First of all I had a pick up schedule (Unfortunately from this location as its close where i work) from this store, was waiting for a couple minutes and we got it. But it came on plastic wrapped bag as it come by shipping but i have to carry it with me. I felt like need a extra bag with it asked the manager his words was you can carry that way it is right now

Went on a lull of a Friday morning. Kendall was awesome - great service. Thin on sizing but that's par for the course this late in the season. Register gave us trouble - delayed by 10m. 1 star knocked off. Everything else was good!

Very bad quality! My son wore these boots for two months, to and from school. There is a hole in the sole, all the snow is blocked in the shoe and his feet get wet. The insole is so worn out that you can feel the holes in the sole from the inside. The insulation fabric came to naught after a month. I don't recommend

This is not a warehouse!!I think I am going to have bake one of those apple pies as soon as I am home.There is no place like home.No place like home.No place like home.Bridget and I will go to Knoxville soon.
