Atmosphere has really stepped up their outdoor game since last season. I was happy and impressed to see more MSR, YETI and more.YETI was especially niche, as they had already received the new seasonal colours. First store I’ve seen in Alberta with the full spread.Team members were personable and made relevant suggestions. I look forward to doing some more shopping here.

Feeling annoyed at the customer service. They wouldn't let us use the washroom, not even for a 4 year old. (They sent us to shoppers, who also wouldn't let us use the washroom) We walked back to look for hiking boots. The person helping us was texting in-between showing me shoes. Also, they didn't have any hiking poles in stock. Overall, it was completely frustrating and I have no desire to ever go back.

I am currently living in Calgary (moved from Lethbridge) I continue to make an effort to go to the Lethbridge Atmosphere store when I am there to get support with all my outdoor adventure purchases. Nathan Schoen helped me gear up for my backpacking trip in Central America. Everything he suggested I purchase was needed and used (no extra fluff!) and he continues to help me with my gear for my Rocky Mountain adventures, he takes the time to hear what I am doing and ensures that the equipment I purchase is needed! 10/10 would recommend support from him!

Out favourite adventure store. Their clothing is extremely overpriced but I'm sure that isn't their fault. My husband and I camp in the winter and the summer, snowshoe and hike. We have bought our tent, snowshoes, a backpack and hiking shoes here as well as several small things and several gifts for our friends. Their prices are better than most places we have been and they sell high quality adventure equipment. We love to shop here. The only set back is the staff isn't super helpful when deciding what to buy but that is nothing a little research can't fix and they do have some good advice to give.

Needed a new day pack. After looking for a few minutes a guy came and offered me help. He had great suggestions, helped get me fitted and help me re-adjust if something didn't feel right after walking around. It's not often you can get that kind of service!

I've been searching for some hiking boots the last few weeks. I have weird shaped feet, so I've been here a few times in the last few weeks. I've never had a problem returning shoes after wearing them around the house and discovering that they don't fit quite right, and the staff has been friendly and helpful every visit.

I love coming to this place to window shop lol. I have bought tons of equipment for this place from my boot to my tent. Staff are nice and helpful. However there are some brand the I love that they don't carry, like Tatonka. All in all great place.

Had a mix up with a christmas gift. I called on boxing day and spoke with the manager. The situation was handled professionally and quickly. Mistakes happen during a busy christmas season. Great store with excellent customer service.
