Rose is an amazing technician, she really knows her work. The peel was amazing for my skin and the Vivier products are also wonderful. My skin has improved so much... I am currently using the medicated wash along with the Exfoliant Forte, Corrector 2 and Retinol 1% on a daily basis. I also supplement the regime by adding 5 drops of the Radiance Serum to my nightly routine.

I recently had a facial peel and was extremely happy with the results. Rose gave me excellent qualified advice on skin care and offered me options. I felt confident in using the products she suggested and I will continue to see her for my skincare needs. I also had an eyebrow shape and colour and it was also great.

Rose and her staff are phenomenal!! Her facial treatments are the absolute best - I have been going to her for years and I must say that no other spa was able to produce the results she did leaving me with flawless skin! Her unique techniques and homecare routines differentiate her from any other spa! I have received other treatments including laser and eye brow shaping and can't say enough enough positive things! During COVID she has been very responsive and available via phone / email for any skincare questions!

Rose did a wonderful job explaining how the process works and answered all of my questions. The Thermolysis (sp?) seems to be working quite well so far; I am very happy with the results. I also had my eyebrows done and tinted. Nice work!

I highly recommend La Vita Bella. I had the Medical Peel a few weeks ago and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. My skin looks and feels fresher and smoother. My sun spots have faded, my rosacea has calmed and my pores have diminished. Rose’s qualified advice was and continues to be spot on.

I struggled with Milia, acne and blackheads and was recommended to see Rose by my mom. Somehow Rose was able to fix my skin and clear up all my acne, milia and blackheads. She educated me on my skin as she was treating it, giving me budget friendly options as well. She is very knowledgeable and is amazing at her job!! I cant recommend her enough, I already referred two friends to see her as well. She’s very friendly and literally a SKIN MAGICIAN! I thought I would never be able to have such clear skin, but here I am thanks to Rose! If you have any skin concerns, for any skin type, I 100% recommend giving La Vita Bella Med Spa a try !!

Don’t waste your time here. Took me a week to get through and book an appointment after playing phone tag and Rose claiming she’s received no forms of contact, I texted, called and left voicemails. To top it all off after booking my appointment she redeemed my Groupon which then she proceeded to tell me days later upon my appointment confirmation that there is an additional $80 Delegation fee and her exact words were “the doctor is taking time to do the procedure and go over everything”. So on top of what I paid for what I thought was my procedure is an additional cost that was not disclosed anywhere, so I refused to pay that, then was told after I can receive a 50% credit from the original amount paid if I decided to not go through with my services, leaving me no other option, I reached back out to Groupon and got my refund there.Disgusting customer service, the attitude and miscommunication and deceit, you guys are horrible especially for someone who was a first time client, I expected better. Shame on you Rose very unprofessional
