Terrible service. A bunch of thieves running this business. DO NOT SEND YOUR PACKAGE WITH THEM. They ask for more money and threaten to not deliver your package. Inconsistent pricing and untrustworthy staff. MOVAZEBE INA BASHIN

Terrible experience, absolutely bad customer service. As soon as they they received my package they change the price that they told me at first. As soon as they receive money from me they did not respond to my emails. It took them 18 months to ship my package and they asked for extra money two times while they had my package and I had no other choice except the extra money they asked for. They keep changing the price, they had the worst behavior in responding with customer. When my cargo finally received in Iran after 1.5 year, they block my package and they also asked for extra money AGAIN in Iran. At first day they told me all the prices is include to ship to Tehran, but they charged me again for shipping from Bandarabass to Tehran, and when I follow up for my money they did not respond at all. Generally speaking absolutely terrible experience with this company.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Stay away from these guys. You will NOT hear back once you pay.We used their service (or lack thereof) to send a 7 kg package to Iran from Vancouver. We were quoted $188 and then after a couple of days they said because their office is moving they have to pick up for an additional fee $50 totalling $238. They said they have an office in Iran which takes care of customs clearance and that we would only be responsible to pay the custom and storage fees before picking up the package at the destination.Our package made it to Iran after 4 days after which they were supposed to call the receiver for pick up. They never called. We followed up after 10 days when they told us it's ready for pick up. When our receiver went for pick up the customs clearance hadn't been done by their office contrary to what we had been promised initially. The customs officer inspected the package in front of our receiver and decided that the package must be sent for approval through the ministry of health in Iran (next to an impossible task in Iran). Right now we are stuck with our package in customs. We called the agent here and told him the status. He said he will immediately follow up and get back to us (this was 11 days ago). We never heard back. We also called their office in Iran and they said we had received the wrong information by their agent here about their service. We called the agent again after a few days. Someone else picked up and said the agent isn't available but took our information down for him to call us but again we never heard back. Their agent here never picked up our calls after that until today because we called by a new number. Without offering any apology or any solutions he basically says there isn't much he can do and that this is due to our bad luck....and that he hadn't called for an update because he had other customers in a way saying they didn't value our business enough.Save yourself a lot of running around and hassle and stay away from these guys.

You picked up my parcel on Jan 2022 and the parcel has not delivered after 14 months ! You made all phones “ temporarily unavailable “ after Nov 2022 and you don’t reply to emails . I sent you over 20 emails during last 2 months and there is no single answer .You are totally irresponsible . If you can’t deliver my parcel you must returned back to my Canadian address . I require my parcel status ASAP.

Terrible experience, PLEASE AVOIDبسيار مراقب باشيد. هرگز با اين شركت كار نكنيد.اول قرداد منصفانه ميبندند و بعد در هر مرحله تقاضاي پول بيشتر ميكنند. بسيار دروغگو، متقلب و كلاه بردار هستند. در انتها بارنامه را گرو نگه ميدارند تا به بهانه هاي دروغي اخاذي كنند.خيلي خيلي از كار با اين شركت اجتناب كنيد.پرونده حقوقي از چند مشتري در حال تكميل عليه اين شركت است.Please avoid, DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
