They claim that they have Free delivery" but thats a false advertisement and its free only of you give them a business worthy of 100 $ or more

I called a little over an hour before this business was closing to alter my pants so that I could have them the same day. The owner was very nice and friendly and was able to get my pants done within the hour for me. They closed at 5pm, however he stayed until 5:15pm to finish my pants and did a great job! Will definitely be using their services again.

Dropped my dress pants off in the morning at around 9:30am to get them sewn back together at the seams and picked them up at 5:30pm. Staff was nice and they did a pretty decent job. Paid $22.60 total (including rush fee + tax)

I needed a last minute alteration for my birthday outfit for the next day and the owner was able to accommodate me. Alteration took 30 min and it was well done! I will be coming back again! Best customer service and good price.

Canada tailoring is a really good dry cleaning company. We used them for the first time this week and they picked up and dropped off our clothes on a timely manner. Price is phenomenal and the quality of the clean its also amazing. I’ll definitely continue to dry clean with them and highly recommend anyone to use their services!

I have to express my utmost joy in the high level of customer service that I experienced at Canada Tailoring. I had a last minute alteration for my best friend's wedding, in a panic, because I am short and my dress was beyond floor length. THe owner as so nice, he sized it up...and with his knowledge and experience, took one look...a pin here, a stitch there...and I left my gown in his valuable hands....not ONLY, was my gown ready earlier than expected...it is PERFECT!!! I HIGHLY recommend this establishment and will now continue to bring my garments and fabrics to Canada Tailoring. 5++++ Stars!!!!

Ruined my new shirt. They dry cleaned and it came back with a bunch of stains. I brought it back and they tried again but couldn't fix it and gave a bunch of excuses and said it was my fault I didn't check it on the spot when I picked it up. Offered me $15 credit for my $70 dollar shirt they ruined.They were also very sketchy about the initial clean. Asked me if I came in for the instagram promotion and when I asked what promotion, they tried to avoid it hoping I didn't see it until I went on IG and found it and asked them for it.Won't be coming back again, suggest everyone to take their dry cleaning somewhere else.

I brought a $500 dress that I’ve only worn once for dry cleaning. It had a lot of embroidery, and when I came to pick it up there were threads hanging loose all over the place. When I asked them to help fix the issue and restitch the loose threads, they reacted extremely rudely and told me “no one has time for that”. They also refused to compensate me for the damaged dress and the cost it would take for me to get it fixed elsewhere, and tried to make me pay for the dry cleaning fee too. I am honestly shocked by the treatment - I’ve never experienced customer service this horrible.

Got my suit pants tapered and hemmed. They did a really nice job. Price was very reasonable too which I appreciated. Will definitely bring more clothes to be tailored here.
