A month ago I brought a trophy in to have engraved. The first time I went to pick it up they spelled covid wrong the second time I went to pick it up they spelled Chiefs wrong the third time. I asked for a discount. There reply was we didn't charge you three times. I'm still waiting for the reply from Andrew. Am I being unreasonable? I waited one week never got a reply from Andrew. So I phoned and they gave $5.00 off. LOL
