Don's Portable Toilets

We used Don's portable toilets at my workplace for several events and couldn't be happier with their products and service! Definitely recommend!

Horrendous service, do not use them.They fail to maintain the toilets to any useable standard, even after multiple phone calls and emails.

Just spoke with Kate over the phone to try and book a portable toilet for a home renovation. Terrible customer service. We ended up booking with Pitton Plumbing instead.

They provided us with a bathroom trailer for our wedding this past weekend. The bathrooms were so clean and fancy on the inside. We had lots of compliments on them and they were very handy to have at our outdoor wedding. Thank you so much for providing such great service.

Called customer service. Not helpful at all. As soon as I told her my name, her tone of voice changed and she wasn't interested in answering any questions and said we aren't taking any customers.Terrible customer service.

Totally inflexible and nasty. suffering from a superiority complex of biblical proportions, these people refused to accommodate alternative payment to avoid uneccesary Covid exposure. Will never use them again and don’t reccommend them at all.

Our company has dealt with Don's Portable Toilets many times over the years and we have always found their customer service & maintenance of the toilets to be excellent and consistently efficient. Their prices are competitive but very reasonable especially compared to some companies who charge an extreme amount more for the same or lessor quality.I have found every staff member I have spoken with at DPT to be very polite, friendly & knowledgeable about their products and customer satisfaction is certainly a priority for them. I generally deal with Margaret who listens to what we are looking for then works to match us up with the units that are suitable to our requirements; we appreciate that! I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Used a toilet trailer for our wedding. Dropped it off the wednesday before and worked out better as we had washrooms for the week of the set up. Was very clean and had no problems.
