My Fiance and I have a mortgage renewal coming up. Alex and his team are very professional, efficient, quick and easy to deal with. It totally eliminates all the stress out of the renewal process despite the challenging interest rate conditions. Samson was and is our advisor and has been nothing short of wonderful to deal with. Great team and you will definitely not go wrong dealing with Perch and the amazing team they have there! I wish there was an option to give more then 5 stars!

Highly, highly recommend working with Alex and the Perch Mortgage team - they hands-down secured us the best terms with the lowest price! (and we did our homework across vendors!) They diligently worked with us to understand our needs and to negotiate and advocate the most favorable terms. They spent a lot of time with us and answered all the questions we had - even on evenings and weekends. Can't say enough great things about this team !

I was referred to Ali by Robert Malcolm. Ali Hussin handled our mortgage application. He was very proactive and professional. He clearly has a huge experience in doing this. My husband and I were really worried because of the bad experiences we have had with other mortgage brokers in the past, but Ali cleared all our doubts and secured this mortgage for us seamlessly and in a good time to meet up the closing of our newly built home in Ottawa. I wish there was a 10 star to give Ali, he executed this job well and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get a mortgage for their home.
