Cigar Etc

Bought some expensive cigars here (Montecristo) and they were over humidified. One had hard packed area in it so unsmokable. Others dried out quick and wrapper cracked. First time I've seen this gapped with many cigars I've bought at reputable places. Might be knockoffs. Beware.

They switched labels on my cigars. They put tape on the big plain label and they didn't have the Arturo Fuente label underneath. They're switching them out for cheaper cigars.

Selection of cigars adequate but less than other cigar stores

2 days ago i came to this store to buy a product for 11.50$, came back today and bought the same product for 13.50...i talk to a guy at work and he said the same thing happened to him. I asked why did the price go up so much and he responded meh. This place is a scam and horrible service. STAY AWAY.

I stepped in to pick up 2 Blonde principe cigars. Once I got to my truck I opened one of the cigars and it was so stale the leaf crumbled in my hand. I immediately went back into the store and showed the gentleman working that the cigar was stale. He responded by stating the cigar is supposed to be dry . I wasn't expecting to have to educate a cigar shop worker on the basics of cigars, non the less I explained why the cigar was stale and asked to exchange it for a fresh one. The employee refused saying Sorry" and shook his head. I then opened the 2nd cigar in front of the employee only to see the same results. It was at this point I demanded an exchange or refund

Every time I go in.. I'm watched like I'm going to steal all the expired candy bars and drinks that aren't locked up. Over priced, expired snacks. Not impressed.

Horrible customer service! Employees do not know how to answer a business phone properly.

Veey poor customer service. The owner watches you as if you're going to steal something. All cigars are hidden behind a counter. He makes up the prices as he goes along. Purchasing a cigar is part of the experience. Unfortunately, this is a convenience store passing itself off as a cigar store. He knows nothing about the products. At first he pretended like he smokes cigars. Then later said he doesn't. His communication skills are barely legible. Save your money. Seriously. Take the time to make a trip to a real cigar store.

Do not buy cigars from this guy.Cigars are NOT well stored.Do not waste your money.

I will never shop at this store again. Terrible customer service. Please do not waste your money on the Colibri lighters they sell. They last a couple months then are junk!!Owner of this store said. I can’t help you. Much better service and better products at other cigars stores in Burlington. Beware. Rip off.
