Good fellers tree service

Hired to remove two trees and grind a third stump. Said schedule was wide open. Showed up late the first day. Removed first tree but left stump and large part of the tree not cut up. Asked for part of the payment to make repairs on equipment that was down. No showed 2nd and 3rd day. Did not reply to text messages. Called and said they would be out next day. Rained that day but no communication of when returning. Waited over holiday weekend. Still no communication. Text another message with no response. Wife wrote a poor review which they replied too and called back a response to my text message. Said climber had quit and was trying to find a replacement but they had the stump grinder and would be out today. No showed again, flagged my wife's review which is currently removed, and no response to phone call again. Communication could have resolved a lot of these issues but continue to be ghosted.

They are animals. Showed up and killed it. Great guys.

They showed up on time, were very knowledgeable about the trees. Did an outstanding job trimming about 30 trees in my yard. Were very professional and courteous. Cleaned up all the debris as they went. Would highly recommend!

Requested a quote and was called within thirty mins. Drove out right away and stated their calander was clear and would start the next day. That's where it stopped being impressive. Was told between nine and ten am - finally showed up close to noon but they showed up, so I was fine with it. Original quote was on two trees, third stump, all removed and ground. They quit for the day after one tree and requested to be paid for just the one to fix their chipper so they could use it on the second tree. It's now over a week later, we've text and called several times and they keep stating they'll be out tomorrow. Told my husband they were working on other jobs on the books yet had told me they were wide open and caught up. I gave the benefit of the doubt with one rainy day and a holiday weekend, yet they still have not showed up or communicated a plan to return. Meanwhile, I still have a large trunk laying through my yard from a tree they were paid to finish, no stumps were ground and the second tree is still standing.Update: called my husband after review and stated they would be out today to grind stumps. Never showed. Mysteriously my review seems to be hidden suddenly also.

Quick clean work at a very reasonable price. Professional work and very polite crew.

Great group of guys. Did an amazing job trimming my 100 year old Willow tree. Very professional, on time and cleanup. Would highly recommended them.
