This is a better store than most it still does not change the fact there are no returns so it is still like shopping at a garage sale friendly customer service though I would return to buy something on clearance

Terrible customer service, don’t even bother trying to deal with them. Heaven forbid you need to go under warranty they will tell you it’s your fault and you shouldn’t use your “work boots” so hard. Would not recommend to anyone.

Everyone is very knowledgeable, Good selection of boots. Great quality and warranty. I take my boots for oil every month and in a few minutes, they have them ready for me.

I love the boots, but the last two times I was in there to get them cleaned and oiled they told me, we are not your maids and not responsible for cleaning boots." I would suggest any other store

We had such a wonderful experience at Red Wing today. Gabrielle helped us. She was so knowledgeable about each boot we inquired about, she cared about comfort, having him do different tests to absolutely make sure we were buying the right fit. She was funny and very nice and we will definitely be recommending Red Wing in the future! Thank you for such a great experience.

Wow! Fantastic service from knowledgeable staff. Gabrielle kept bringing me boots until we found exactly the right pair for work and I liked those so much I bought a pair for everyday. She fine tuned the fit with perfect inner soles and socks. Very positive shopping experience.
