Living on a lower floor facing church st and the noise was unbearable and it was miserable staying in the room. The noise in the room was so loud felt like sitting on the street, it did not gets better at night, and made it hard to fall into sleep. Should have better wall insulation and windows. Does not worth its price at all.

The building is really well managed and the condo fees, which is extremely important to me, are reasonable. I find that the management of the condominium together with the board are very conscientious in terms of costs etc.

The lobby is BEAUTIFUL in here, and the concierge is always so helpful. I do like how this place is pet-friendly, the elevators are fast, the residents are also quite friendly, and it's a 3-minute walk from Bloor-Yonge station.

Waited almost 25 minutes for a concierge the other night when visiting. They need to cover the desk somehow if he's going to leave for more than a few minutes.

Beautiful building. Unfortunately due to covid everybody's online shopping deliveries have accumulated in the lobby so it's cluttered but that's extenuating circumstances. Otherwise very very nice.

This is genuinely the nicest condo building I have ever lived in. It is still a relatively new building (less than 10 years old) which is always a plus. Along with that, it is constantly well maintained and the staff at the front desk and property manager are so kind and helpful. The location is amazing too!

I’ve lived in the building as an owner for 4 years and I love it here. I do not recall any major issues while living in the Milan. In my opinion, the building is well managed and the amenities are wonderful. It is rare for a building in the heart of downtown Toronto to have such a spectacular, unobstructed view of the Rosedale ravine. I’m planning to move out later this year and I will surely miss living here.
