So far so good, I booked one week as this spot is one of the few you can smoke andAt only fifty a night…. I mean who has extra money these days. Just scraping by most of us it seems but yeah anywayGood reasonable spotIf the beds didn’t squeak and the linens were scented correctly I’d have given 4 stars

I’d never stay here. Why? Because I’ve worked here.They ask you to have 3+ years experience for hotel cleaning..I have over 10+ years cleaning homes, businesses, camps and, hotels. Yet, I’m getting minimum wage?When I was hired I was told it would be different but, nope!The hours are horrible. 3:30 am rise to be at work for 4:30 am. They also give you a couple evening shifts and expect you to be at work the next morning for.. you guessed, 5am, Without the 8 hours in between. Pretty sure that’s illegal.Was told we get medical 1 year after we’re hired, then it was 3 months, then it was 6 months..I felt very uncomfortable around certain staff. As they were rude (Mainly front desk staff at the hotel). Only there a few weeks I knew about people getting fired before they were even out the door. That’s unprofessional! I was aware of all the gossip too.. ugh!The rooms are nasty! The building is nasty! Even though we’re in there all the time.If someone sleeps in the beds, we’re to only change sheets and pillow cases, if they don’t go under the sheets we don’t even bother changing them. The blankets will stay on the beds until they show some sort of dirt. Gross!I noticed I’d sneeze a lot too, had stuffy nose and watery eyes not sure if it was the mold or the cleaners, maybe a bit of both.Not too mention we are to clean blackjacks bar.. we’re supposed to be in pairs, I’ve worked many shifts alone but, do you think they care?! Nope.It’s really about who has pole and who’s liked more.One girl always missing days, very lazy to work with was recently promoted to front desk because managements son has a crush on her.Don’t waste your time. Super toxic place.

Been parking with them for a while and the prices were decent. Went in this morning and it made no sense… I paid $45. To park for 4 days… not even a plug in.. but there new weekly rate is around $47 for 7 days… plus tax on top of that.They went from $36 a week to $47.. huge jump and it’s not heated or anything. Parking at the airport is now around the same price. Normally there is a nice friendly lady there but this new girl I have never seen couldn’t figure out the rates.. didn’t care to look into it I asked her questions and she ignored me and said nothing!

I’m writing to inform you I came in on the 12th, a little after midnight and the woman working was practically sleeping, and while she helped me she had a very bad attitude the entire time I was speaking to her. I won’t be returning for the mere fact she didn’t care if I parked there again or not. I would just like you to know the customer service of your employees.

Awesome hotel and it’s convenient. Last smoking rooms in Canada. Free shuttle to the airport and a complimentary muffin and coffee on the way out and it’s only 65$

rooms are basic but exceptionally clean. however food is pricey and not very good, power goes on and off, wifi is sketchy at best, showers are either scalding or freezing....Heard it was bought by new owners and it seems to be a lot cleaner and better in general since. Hopefully they make other improvements as well. Staff is great.

Airways provides friendly, professional services, the rate for park and fly is exceptional, the shuttle service is quick and very efficient to the airport, and the drivers are wonderful people; very friendly and helpful.

The hotel isn't bad, but their long term parking is a rip off... I paid extra so I could have a powered stall, but didn't plug my truck in as I was going to be gone for 3 weeks. I get back, truck won't start. I go to plug it in, and hook up my battery charger I brought with me, no power. I go to inquire why no power, they said it shuts down automatically when its warmer than -15C. I have a diesel truck, it needs to be plugged in at -5C if its been sitting for a long time. Tried boosting it, couldn't, needs to be plugged in and thawed out. I requested my money back from having paid for the powered stall, they went to give me credit... I threw it back at the woman at the front desk, service there was so poor, why would I ever come back? I ended up having to take it to a dealership where they parked it inside and got me going. Huge f***around. All they had to do was turn the damn power on for me, and I could have sat in the bar for 2 hours and everything would have been thawed and charged up

Great value! Very old building and rooms not upgraded........ but it is very clean. Great place to stay.

It's a decent place. In terms of hotel rating I would say they are 2.5 stars. Nothing fancy but for 80 bucks a day you get a room with two beds, a fridge and a microwave. They don't mention this on their website but they also have free wifi. If you want an affordable place close to castrol raceway or the airport then this is the spot.
