Municipal Dog Pound
I like that they dont kill the dogs anymore. When i was a kid my friend and i went here (unlawfully entered door was unlocked but did not BREAK IN" ) and we saw a barrel of dead dogs in a walk in freezer type thing but was not running..i will remember that smell the rest of my life"
