Selection is not great.Service is bad.I walked in when they first opened, not greeted. Ok, fine I guess..Another customer walks in about 3 mins after me, and he's greeted with a 'hello' and small talk? I stayed in the store and browsed a few more mins--wasn't asked if I needed help with anything(again not the end of the world, I knew what I was looking for, and the store is small so I can manage)but not acknowledged as I left either.I love supporting small businesses but I won't support this one again.

Save yourself the time and money, go up the street to Party City. Owner is extremely rude. Blew up 3 balloons for me, one was a lot smaller then I had expected and what was shown on the package. Politely said I would pay for the two then proceeded to have a tantrum huffing and puffing “So I guess I’ll just be paying for this out of pocket”. Over priced foil balloons as well as other items. Also charges an additional fee for the helium!! Thought I was doing something kind by supporting small business’. Don’t bother with this one.

Okay selection for such a small store but the facility was terrible. The building is not accessible at all. There is a step up to get into the store that’s more than half a foot high and a hand written sign on door to watch your step. The aisles are very narrow that the walker barely fits and we could not turn back around to go back because the end of an aisle had a large metal basket full of stock blocking our way. That same basket blocked access to the fire escape/emergency exit from that aisle. It seems like a small business so might not have to adhere to Ontario’s accessibility laws but the fire code is fairly universal and this place is an accident waiting to happen.

Went to Party Max to get balloons etc. for my wife's 60th birthday on March 28. We left all the decorations up - and there were a LOT of them - it's now April 11 and the helium-filled balloons are still going strong!! Party Max took the order over the phone (which their competition would NOT do) and the woman I talked to was very personable and helpful! Kudos to Party Max!

Party Max is an excellent small business!Customer service is EXCELLENT and they have a sleeper variety of items than Party City. When you purchase from this local business you are also getting more value for your money.They never run out of helium, and have HARRY POTTER party supplies.Very thankful for all they provide!

Unfortunately I just cannot justify supporting this small business. The postive reviews seem to be fabricated, all of the negative reviews here are very consistent, and from my experiences in the store the staff could use some people skills.

We always get our balloons here and they are immortal. Last batch is still going at three weeks. Very nice customer service and a cute selection of products.

Drove 20 minutes here for the first time only to come to see they’ve cleaned everything out and closed. Please be professional and indicate you are no longer in service.
