Had really great options for animal food. Had great duck food that ducks seemed to enjoy. The food was also priced very well at $2 Canadian. The service was also very kind.

Jordon the owner has no costumer service skills. Charged double on my friends debit card and refuses to return their money. Says the charge was from somewhere else when it clearly says Bosley. I will not be returning to this store if the costumer doesn't matter.

As a certified Groomer I am impressed with many of the products sold at this retail outlet.Staff is well educated in pet care and nutrition as well as product knowledge so things are quick and easy to find.They are the only outlets I know that sell the spikey, rubber dental toys that squeak. My Crocker's favorite and he gets SO EXCITED about going in there! Always free, natural treat samples for my fussy wee dawg.

I really like Bosley’s on Yates!!! Great selection of Dog food/treats/ most everything a dog would need!! Their service is top notch! Friendly, knowledgeable and in my experience go the extra mile to help their customers!Thank You for the great service!!!

The staff here are lovely and genuinely care about their animal clientele. Always a joy to step in and say hello! They proactively stock items if they know you want it.

My go to spot for everything from food to litter for my cat Prince. One stop shopping! I bought a beautiful carrier recently with wheels which has been a life saver. The staff are lovely and very knowledgeable!

Amazing! I can not stress enough that yes the prices and selection are awesome but the staff provide probably the best customer experience I've had walking into any retail store. Unfortunately my chip was damaged in my card, and unfortunately my bank wasn't helpful outside if issuing me a new card. Of course I was picking up food for my kitten so it was a very stressful/embarassing situation. But the staff were very patient, kind, and in the end offered to pay for my kittens food.After just getting horrible news about my health it was such a gruesome day. So the staff showing that bit of kindness really made my day in a way they'll never realize.

My dog Moka starts to get excited when we are close to Bosleys. The staff treats her with great affection, they always give her treats and complements, they are super kind and willing to help you with whatever you need.
