Dragon Appliance Centre (unit 6)

Our fridge broke and called Dragon appliance centre for a service call. The gentleman that picked up the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. He asked for the brand and year of the fridge (only 3 years old), he then rudely said, you can just throw it away and buy a new one. He said with covid, they only service previous customers. I don't know how many repeat customers they have to keep their business going but very surprised of his response. In addition, when asked if he has some he can refer me to, he said when other companies ask him to help with jobs, he doesn't even want to do.Very unfortunate since dragon has been in business for many many years and my husband family used to do business with them frequently.So that's my experience and safe to say a extremely poor one.

This is place is awesome. They have excellent deals with good pricing. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Not too many parking spaces.
