I basically got scammed. My AC has an air flow issue and we did everything we could before calling them. Had to pay $100 plus tax JUST to have someone come down here. I was told the freon levels in my unit were low and it's illegal to add any so they couldn't help. Said I'd need a new unit entirely. he cut a tiny hole and said the coil was clean also and taped it up.Got someone else down here and was told we have R410A which is NOT freon nor illegal yet it is refrigerant. And it wasn't even low. This guy also checked the tiny hole that was cut out of the venting unit by your employee in my basement that was barely in line or big enough to see my coil to make sure it was clean. He was baffled as to how they could say the coil was clean from their card deck size hole made at the bottom right corner below the coil. He did a big hole and showed that I had 2 coils and they were HUGE and way above where I was told it was. It was still clean which was good, but how l could he say it was clean when he could barely see it is beyond me. What a scam.In the end the filter we replaced and the cleaning we did to the unit outside before calling 2 techs was all our AC needed to work properly again. We were told we had a beautiful unit and everything was clean and working properly. Day and night to what your company told me. I will never use this company again.

I have to add an addendum to this review. The sale and installation of the furnace in the Fall went smooth as silk. We were assured that the external work would be completed in April. When my messages to Winnipeg Supply went unanswered, my husband made contact in May and learned there would be a delay for the second part of the installation, but our AC unit would work in the interim.The realization that our AC unit was not working on a 30+ degree last Friday began a series of contradictory messages from Winnipeg Supply. Person A assured us AC unit was functioning and would send someone out on Monday to fix it. On Monday, Person B dispatched a repairman at the exact same time that Person C called to let us know the unit was disconnected and that the new system would be installed on Friday. Today, Person D called to say the unit would not be installed until the end of June. We shall see what tomorrow brings, besides another 30+ day.Perhaps the most head scratching aspect of this is that Winnipeg Supply does not respond to my messages. They seem to prefer talking to my husband, in spite of the fact that it was me who met with the salesperson, signed the contract, was present during the installation, and paid for the furnace. Winnipeg Supply - we are now in a long-term relationship....can't you do better?Winnipeg Supply is a great company. They are very reliable, professional, and timely. Over the past few years they have provided emergency services, consultations, and genuinely helpful advice. Marc and James installed our new furnace and they did not disappoint....arrived on time, pleasant, took the time to explain, kept our house clean, and even patted the dog. No hesitation at all in recommending Winnipeg Supply - you can't go wrong!

Mark B. was an amazing technician in every aspect of his installation of our new tankless hot water system. He showed great attention to detail and his work ethic was fantastic. He also explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Great job by someone who clearly is dedicated to quality work.

We’ve had Jose do work on our air conditioner and furnace in the past. The work is always top notch. We are always pleased with the work and efficiency of Service Experts. We would recommend them as a quality and experienced company for all heating and cooling systems.

We needed a new AC unit and furnace. Everyone we dealt with was great. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable when it came to equipment we would need. Trevor and matt were efficient with installation and explained well how to use the new system. Overall excellent experience. Will always recommend winnipeg supply to anyone!

Don was a gem. We'd moved into a new to us" home and the a/c quit in the middle of a heat wave. Responded quickly and worked fast. Fixed it

Very courteous, patient in explaining everything. Took a couple calls after hours to answer questions.Thanks to both!

Replacement a/c installed by Trevor and Matt who arrived on time.Drop clothes put down on the floor everywhere they were walking ....and each wore shoe covering booties.Removal of the existing components done very well, new condensing unit and evaporator coil installed very efficiently.Replacement was expertly completed and our house left as they found it.Could not be happier. We're glad we chose Winnipeg Supply.

Mel was on time and welcomed questions and provided me insight on how the system operates as well as what services he would recommend and frequency of services. Work was completed in a timely fashion and was honest and not pushing unnecessary services not required.
